We are looking for a growth driven Salesperson to join one of our partners in the construction space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. In this role you will start by supporting crews in the shipping yard to establish great internal relationships, learning how the company operates, and growing your knowledge in the construction industry. You will be responsible for full cycle sales, which average 2-3 months, and owning your business. Your client base will be partners like large contractors, infrastructure, and large scale construction companies. It is an expectation in this role for salespeople to be outside the office and meeting onsite with their clients at construction sites.
