ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but rather will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our myTime mobile scheduling app) that work best with your schedule.
We require your active engagement by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our attempts at contact.
We will contact you throughout the year (via your provided contact information) and confirm your interest in working shifts at Target. If we do not receive a response to our communication attempts, your employment with Target will be administratively terminated.
Regular attendance is necessary and we require your active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Flexibility can be granted if you are unable to work once every 4 weeks due to a personal circumstance, but you are required to respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm your interest in working shifts at Target. You must work at least one shift within 6 months or you will be administratively terminated. Effective December 2024, you must work at least one shift within 5 months or you will be administratively terminated.
Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it most are critical to your success in this role.
Should you be offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are properly prepared for your new role. After that, the myTime mobile scheduling app is where you can pick up the shifts you desire to work.
ALL ABOUT SMALL FORMATS
We enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor in our smallest format stores. Experts of service, operations, process and efficiency, this team is responsible for being proficient in all areas of the store to complete duties such as, but not limited to, cashiering, stocking, presentation and price accuracy. You'll provide exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs.
At Target, we believe in our team members having meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. The role of a Small Format Team Member can provide you with the:
- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, and process efficiency & improvement
- Experience supporting daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
As a Small Format Team Member, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal cues to tailor your approach.
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
- Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.
- Help guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests
- Push and stock product to sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments
- Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments
- Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions and ISM
- Maintain interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness, collecting carts, charging electronic carts, RVM maintenance (if applicable) and attending to spills throughout the store as needed.
- Accurately execute all pulls (i.e., daily Fills, out of stock, manual and guest requests) and backstock product from all departments
- Process all inbound deliveries (using the receive application) to ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete all backroom weekly audits
- Operate power equipment only if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines
- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress and accurately prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
- All other duties based on business needs

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
- Climb up and down ladders safely

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.

**Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Qualification & Nurturing:**
+ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their potential fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
+ Develop and implement strategies for nurturing early-stage leads through targeted communication and information sharing.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with content strategies and campaigns.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
+ Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, lead quality) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

+ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the networking, storage, and compute domains.

+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide insights to support their sales efforts.

SUMMARY
The Demand Response Dispatch Supervisor is a supervisory position within the Operations Department responsible for various aspects of the Demand Response Dispatch office to include managing communication systems, planning, scheduling, and assigning vehicle and work assignments for Demand Response Operators. Ensure efficient utilization of personnel, vehicles, and other agency resources, as well as deliver safe and timely service. Respond to, investigate, and document incidents and events, customer comments, and personnel issues. Must demonstrate customer service as a core value through all actions and decisions, and help ensure C-TRAN builds a culture of safety, equity, and inclusion in all facets of the work.
The work schedule and regularly scheduled days off for this position are subject to change based on bid assignment, and may vary depending on the needs of the organization. Work is performed at all hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will apply technical and professional knowledge to a wide diversity of work activities involving a high degree of complexity while operating from established and well-known procedures. Contacts frequently contain confidential/sensitive information necessitating discretion at all times.
Work is performed independently with minimal supervision from the Operations Manager and considerable judgment is exercised in the execution of duties.
Supervision is exercised over delivery of Paratransit and Microtransit Services, as well as Demand Response Operators. Supervision may extend to Fixed Route Operators and Operations Analysts as needed.
Performance is measured through reports, conferences, and review of results achieved. Errors in judgment could have a major impact on public perception of transit services, efficient utilization of transit fleet, passenger and public safety, and potential liability.
Duties are performed in cooperation with other C-TRAN staff, including Fixed Route Dispatch and other Operations Supervisors and Managers. Strong teamwork is an essential component of success in the position. The individual is required to apply sound supervisory principles and techniques in carrying out their duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following summarizes the essential or key responsibilities/attributes of the position the incumbent will be required to perform with or without reasonable accommodation:
Evaluate, coach and mentor the performance of Demand Response Operators as appropriate and consistent with C-TRAN Policies, procedures, and labor agreements. Oversight may extend over Fixed Route Operators as needed.
Plan, schedule, and assign work assignments to meet service demands while maintaining productivity and efficiency, and consistent with provisions of labor agreements. Oversee next day and same-day ride scheduling, and efficient use of vehicle assignments.
Manage the equalization of Operator hours, processing leave requests, publishing Operator schedules, logging absences, and overseeing other Operator related work as needed.
Memorize and accurately recall Clark County and north Portland geography including location of major roads, neighborhoods, schools, parks, key landmarks and buildings, and the overall system of addressing.
Oversee and manage Operator communications and Operator breaks. Monitor radio and text transmissions to assure schedules are maintained and Operator inquiries are addressed.
Identify causes of service disruptions (incidents, breakdowns, delays, etc.) and take corrective action, as well as notifying appropriate stakeholders (Managers, other Supervisors, Customer Service, etc.). Determine adequacy of service and make adjustments as needed on a daily basis.
Respond to, investigate, and document incidents and events, customer comments, and personnel issues.
Monitor route performance, and recommend changes to the Manager of Operations to correct service deficiencies and improve productivity, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Effectively utilize all technology and equipment related to the position, including ride booking and scheduling software, radio equipment, CAD/AVL/MDC, computers, voice recording systems, and other software necessary to the position.
Prepare and maintain legible, concise, and understandable logs, reports, statistics, evaluations, memos, etc. Ensure other Supervisors are aware of circumstances which may affect current or future service.
Administer the Drug and Alcohol Policy by providing notifications, duty relief, and monitoring of Operators for random and post-accident testing.
Disseminate pertinent information in a timely manner regarding special events, fare policy, safety issues, construction impacts, confidential memos and notices, and C-TRAN policies and procedures.
Respond in a courteous and professional manner to inquiries from other C-TRAN staff, outside organizations, elected union officials, and the public. Promote positive morale within the workplace.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Be on-call to assist during adverse weather conditions, major special events, etc.
Participate as a member of committees, meetings, etc. as assigned.
May participate as a member of the Operator Run-Cut committee.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Requires knowledge of the field of assignment sufficient to perform thoroughly and accurately the full scope of responsibility as illustrated by example in the above job description, and other demand response related duties.
Requires at least three (3) years of applicable supervisory experience, or education and experience sufficient to demonstrate complete competency and knowledge of the principles of modern supervisory and dispatch practices.
Requires extensive customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public; maintain courteous and professional manner; and facilitate an atmosphere of teamwork, support, and cooperation.
Requires extensive understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its relevance to public transportation. Must understand the special transportation needs of the older adults and people with disabilities, as well as other medically fragile and vulnerable populations.
Ability to thoroughly understand labor contracts and application of agreements. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all applicable labor contracts including, but not limited to, agreements covering Demand Response Operators.
Proficiency in several job specific training courses and self-education required within a time frame specified by the Manager of Operations. They include, but are not limited to C-TRAN Policies and Procedures, Department of Transportation approved Collision Investigation Certification, Emergency Response, First Aid/CPR, ADA, Reasonable Suspicion Drug and Alcohol Testing, Blood-borne Pathogens, Fare Policy, Defensive Driving, Diversity, and Harassment Prevention in the Workplace.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documents, operational calendars, supporting ERP test activities, and providing support to the demand planning team within the NAM region. You will support initiatives aimed at improving demand planning processes, tools, and reports for the NAM region with input from Global and local counterparts. You will also drive the execution of processes and reports once operational.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute SAP ERP request for change (RFC) with local and global counterparts.
- Raise data and system reliability challenges via ASPEN tool and work with local & global teams to escalate & resolve as required.
- Monitor data integrity between adidas planning system (SAP APO) and reporting tools.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to management and stakeholders related to SAP ERP system disruption.
