Job Description:
You will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of Environmental Vials in a controlled environment. You will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, work instruction documents, and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.
A Day in the Life:
  • Work safely following all safety requirements.

  • Work diligently, following work instruction documents and standard operating procedures.

  • Use your strong attention to detail to assemble products following guidelines, blueprints and drawings closely.

  • Record correct and accurate documentation in Production Control Documents.

  • Inspect in-process and finished products as well as package and pull from archives for product sampling.

  • Help us get better by actively participating in our PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.

  • Help our team to do better by assisting in training co-workers.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
  • Up to 6 months of work experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • All employees must be able to read and follow instructions both written and oral.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to infrequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.

  • Ability to stand and move about, including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.

  • Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS (Safety Data Sheets).

  • Flexibility/willingness to adapt to operational needs.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment with additional overtime as required.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.

  • Regular exposure to wet and/or humid conditions as well as moving mechanical parts.

  • Specific PPE is required, including gloves, hair & beard net, safety glasses with no makeup/jewelry, and the like.

The opportunity

You will be focused on specific Account(s) with high growth potential. You'll deliver exceptional client service by understanding your client's issues and challenges, leveraging the firm's capabilities to originate and drive new business opportunities to grow revenue and deepen the customer relationship management. You'll drive global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across the client(s) organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering Sales impact through personal sales contribution and deal origination goals, owning client relationships, pipeline development/advancement, sales excellence, and account operational effectiveness.
  • Approximately 80% of your time will be externally focused, actively engaging with your client(s). Additional time will be spent on sales strategy, pursuits and account planning initiatives.
  • You’ll help develop and drive the sales and growth strategy at your assigned accounts in conjunction your account team members as well as relevant sector, service line and solutions teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 15+ years of business development/sales experience in the professional services and solutions
  • Japanese national with experience working with international Japanese companies
  • Experience in manufacturing – preferably OEM or tier one automotive supplier.
  • Experience selling/leading transformation programs
  • Understands the consulting sales cycle and mindset, existing knowledge of EY (Big Four) service lines and capabilities.
  • A proven record of selling complex digital, technology and/or managed services solutions to the C level of Fortune 500 companies on a global level
  • Have strategic, large account experience
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry related to Accounts/Sector which can inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • An understanding of standard procedures for account/sales operational activity
  • Strong sector or technical content expertise
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
