Job Description:
You will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of Environmental Vials in a controlled environment. - Record correct and accurate documentation in Production Control Documents.
- Inspect in-process and finished products as well as package and pull from archives for product sampling.
- Help us get better by actively participating in our PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.
- Help our team to do better by assisting in training co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Up to 6 months of work experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- All employees must be able to read and follow instructions both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to infrequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand and move about, including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS (Safety Data Sheets).
- Flexibility/willingness to adapt to operational needs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment with additional overtime as required.

The opportunity
You will be focused on specific Account(s) with high growth potential. You'll deliver exceptional client service by understanding your client's issues and challenges, leveraging the firm's capabilities to originate and drive new business opportunities to grow revenue and deepen the customer relationship management. You'll drive global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across the client(s) organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering Sales impact through personal sales contribution and deal origination goals, owning client relationships, pipeline development/advancement, sales excellence, and account operational effectiveness.
- Approximately 80% of your time will be externally focused, actively engaging with your client(s). Additional time will be spent on sales strategy, pursuits and account planning initiatives.

- 15+ years of business development/sales experience in the professional services and solutions
- Japanese national with experience working with international Japanese companies
- Experience in manufacturing – preferably OEM or tier one automotive supplier.
- Experience selling/leading transformation programs
- Understands the consulting sales cycle and mindset, existing knowledge of EY (Big Four) service lines and capabilities.
- A proven record of selling complex digital, technology and/or managed services solutions to the C level of Fortune 500 companies on a global level
- Have strategic, large account experience
- Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and influencing skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry related to Accounts/Sector which can inform sales strategies and positioning.
- An understanding of standard procedures for account/sales operational activity
- Strong sector or technical content expertise

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $129,500 to $49,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 155,300 to 283,200. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meaning the Garment Hanger/Inspector must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.

Job Description:
- Able to accurately prepare and pick customer orders.
- Scan and pack orders utilizing online computer system
- Accurately and physically count items for shipment to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Stock and restock picking inventory.
- Confirm that all stock is properly labeled for scanning and product identification.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load / unload containers.
