**Location:** South San Francisco, CA
**Pay Rate:** $25-$35/hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Formulate biochemical solutions at both liter and mL scale
+ Operate and troubleshoot automation equipment to support manufacturing processes
+ Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and safety
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and accurate production
+ Accurately complete manufacturing batch records to document the production process
+ Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, production schedules, and materials
+ Perform pipetting tasks with precision and accuracy
+ Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data entry, documentation, and analysis
+ Conduct PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) processes as part of quality control
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a biochemistry or biotechnology setting
+ Strong understanding of GMP and SOPs
+ Proficiency with ERP systems and data management tools
+ Experience with pipetting and biochemical solution formulation
+ Familiarity with PCR techniques is preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM (start time flexible)

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the formulation of biochemical solutions, including micron beads, buffers, reagents, and PCR master mixes
+ Perform lab setup and cleanup
+ Label and kit products for distribution
+ Complete batch records and enter data into ERP systems (NetSuite)
+ Maintain documentation and follow GMP standards
+ Support a variety of manufacturing and lab operations as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ BS in a life science discipline preferred, or AS with equivalent experience
+ Experience with PCR and pipetting
+ Background in formulating solutions at both mL and liter scales
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
+ Comfortable filling out batch records accurately
+ Detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong work ethic

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating various packaging machines to create finished products. Your responsibilities will span from preparing packaging materials to conducting visual inspections, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting your team during product changeovers.

+ Prior manufacturing experience (Preferred)
+ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts.
+ Flexibility to rotate between day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and night shift (7:30 PM to 7:30 AM) every four (4) weeks.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $20.27- $24.58 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
