**Summary:** Like a CSR (Customer Service Representative) I, a CSR II provides the same core customer service support to the organization by responding to customer inquiries about product, price and lead time; accepts, verifies, enters and confirms customer orders; may process warranty and/or return orders and related reimbursements.
This position is normally filled by advancement from CSR I, or, when filled from the outside, requires prior experience. A CSR II works under general supervision and, within a framework of established procedures, is expected to perform a wide variety of general duties with only occasional instruction or assistance. Adequate performance at this level requires a knowledge of VBI's policies and procedures, and the ability to choose among alternatives in solving problems. Additionally, a CSR II should show a fair level of familiarity with Vapor products and know how to view exploded bills-of-material to determine component part numbers.
A CSR II is expected to work productively even in the absence of a supervisor or manager. Employees in this class may be called upon to resolve difficult, sensitive or more complex functions with little supervisory input. Work is normally reviewed only on completion and for overall results.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing VBI's Oracle system and customer purchase orders.
+ Knowledgeable and able to process Commercial, International and Transit & Bus/Relay orders.
+ Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
+ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem and most appropriate solution; following up to ensure resolution.
+ Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
**Education/Experience:**
Associates Degree or equivalent, with a minimum three to five years progressive customer service experience

**Pay Ranges**
$29,053.00 - $52,294.00

Description
Provides administrative and operational support to Account Managers. The role focuses on the delivery of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely completion of customer service requests. These requests are addressed via interaction with other operating departments and through the utilization of CARE (Web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool) and FleetWeb.
+ Enter customer requests in CRM tool and follow them through to completion
+ Assist in managing open CRM requests to ensure cases and associated tasks remain current and do not go overdue
+ Respond back to customers on follow up communications related to non-strategic matters as instructed by team
+ Follow up with customers on requirements to fulfill requests initiated by internal departments
+ Process customer driven driver/vehicle data changes to include but not limited to:
+ Associated license and title state changes
+ License and title requests
+ Associated transportation requests with moving active vehicles to a new location or in and out of storage locations
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Skills & Qualifications
-2+ years of customer service experience (Office)
-Strong written and email communication
-Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed (grammatically) sentences
-Strong computer savvy skills (Will work in multiple databases and monitors)
-Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel (Basic data entry, copy and paste)
-Basic Excel (Ability and willingness to learn it)
- Strong Typing Skills - typing test required for submittal min 40 wpm
-Achieved a HS Diploma

What You'll Do
As a key member of the Customer Support Team, you'll work closely with internal account managers and departments to ensure drivers and clients receive the support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Managing a high volume of customer emails and case resolutions using Salesforce
+ Assisting with vehicle orders, billing updates, insurance card distribution, and driver data changes
+ Investigating and resolving unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles, service questions)
+ Collaborating with internal departments via MS Teams to coordinate solutions
+ Making outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Using multiple systems and databases to track, update, and resolve cases
+ Educating drivers on services and helping them navigate future needs
What You Bring
+ 2+ years of office-based customer service experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent grammar and email etiquette
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM - typing test required)
+ High attention to detail and a knack for research and problem-solving
+ Comfortable working across multiple monitors and systems
+ High school diploma or equivalent
