We are looking for a seasoned Partner/Alliances Solutions CTO / Lead Partner Solutions Architect to play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving Atlassian’s Platform Solutions Technology strategy across our Partner and Alliances GTM ecosystem. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role collaborating with Partner Solutions Leaders, Regional Partner Teams, Sales, R&D, Product Marketing, and more. Responsibilities What You Will Do Establish technical trust and executive presence with enterprise partners and customers, positioning Atlassian as a strategic platform provider. Define and drive the technology vision for Platform Solutions, aligning with the Partner and Alliances strategy to enable joint innovation and scalable value creation. Lead the ecosystem solutions strategy for consulting partners and SIs in close collaboration with the Marketplace Partner teams. Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, R&D, Product Marketing, and Channel teams to align on priorities, unblock delivery challenges, and accelerate strategic initiatives. Extract and communicate critical non-functional and strategic requirements from partner and customer engagements to guide platform and product development. Provide R&D with actionable insights based on recurring architecture patterns and technical challenges surfaced in the field. Support key enterprise deals by offering strategic technical guidance and shaping solution architectures for high-value opportunities. Lead deep architectural and solution design sessions with partners and customers, championing innovative use cases and scalable platform adoption. Represent Atlassian at executive briefings, partner forums, and industry events to amplify thought leadership and expand market influence. Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners and customers, securing sponsorship and unlocking long-term business growth. Qualifications Your background: 15+ years of experience in product, consulting, and sales, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native Platforms. Familiarity with the Atlassian Platform is highly preferred. Cloud Native Expertise: You are highly skilled in driving Cloud and Agile transformations, with a strong background in cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure patterns. Your technical knowledge and strategic insight help organizations innovate and scale. The AI Data Platform team is seeking an experienced Consulting Member of Technical Staff (IC5) to lead the design, development, delivery, and operations of a modern, scalable AI platform. You’ll be responsible for, and lead efforts in, designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support our new product. You’ve built and operated high-scale cloud infrastructure services and understand how to continuously improve the technology. You can balance feature delivery with iteration and incremental improvements. This is a senior technical leadership position, and we expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers. As a technical leader on the team, you will own the complete software development lifecycle, from design, development, testing, to operating in production. You will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new features and infrastructure, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Accountable for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance. Develop long-term technical roadmap for solution area. Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies within and outside current team. Analyze, understand and develop complex architectures, design and associated sub-systems. Ability to understand someone else’s complex code very quickly Ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as Development leads, Product Management, Operations, Release Management to make, adopt and communicate technical decisions and shape the development and delivery of software. Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of professional experience Excellent design and programming skills with expertise in Java, Python Experience designing and building distributed systems Experience building micro services on container orchestrator like Kubernetes Solid understanding of designing systems for performance, efficiency, and availability with a strong customer focus Strong work ethic, flexibility, and proven attention to quality and detail Strong collaboration and communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in a Cloud environment Cloud development experience on one of the major platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP) AI/ML experience: Demonstrated experience building and operating Generative AI, Agentic, and RAG systems Strong experience supporting ML Ops loop Comfortable working with science teams Experience with Code Generation Assisting technologies Big Data skills with open source frameworks like Apache Spark Qualifications Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the successful adoption of Google Cloud at organizations, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their Google Cloud transformation journey. You'll manage the successful delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services. In this role, you will regularly engage with various stakeholder groups, including leadership of enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.

+ Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goal and business transformation strategies.
+ Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development. Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
+ Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
+ Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
+ Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
