Join a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory that specializes in advanced molecular testing, including PCR-based diagnostics , with a focus on gynecology, infectious diseases, tick-borne illnesses, mycology, and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) . Currently seeking a Cytotechnologist to support high-quality specimen screening and evaluation.

Position Summary:

As a Cytotechnologist , you will play a critical role in identifying cellular abnormalities and assisting pathologists in making timely and accurate diagnoses. You'll perform both gynecological and non-gynecological microscopic evaluations , ensuring quality and precision throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform microscopic screening of cellular samples using established cytological criteria

  • Document specimen evaluations and ensure proper turnaround time

  • Collaborate with supervisory cytotechnologists and pathologists for result correlation

  • Maintain lab safety protocols and equipment

  • Prepare high-quality cytology slides using approved laboratory methods

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy

  • Contribute to team efforts with initiative and accountability

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in a related science field

  • ASCP Board Certification required

**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To manage claim caseload of basic to highly complex claims within granted authority level including related financial implications, along with financial implications and to mentor Account Representatives and Account Specialists.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Utilizes special account instructions to obtain individual customer information and adhere to instructions; identifies, initiates, and coordinates various specialized services such as subrogation, fraud evaluation or case management review to resolve claims.
+ Establishes and maintains effective relationship with internal and external customers and coworkers; communicates effectively and timely.
+ Mentors/coaches account representatives and account specialists; facilitates round table discussions within the assigned team.
+ Investigates, evaluates and resolves claims; identifies potential problems/trends in claim files and takes corrective action or makes corrective recommendations; interprets medical reports and state law or jurisdictional law in claim handling.
+ Applies jurisdictional and medical knowledge to properly assess the indemnity, medical and expense exposure of assigned claims and appropriately interprets and applies insurance coverage.
+ Reviews client files and collaborates with team to prepare information which includes thorough analysis of file strategies, claims status and emerging trends.
+ Proactively manages litigation in conjunction with client requirements; works constructively with client and legal representatives to resolve claims.
+ Ensures compliance and best possible outcomes by minimizing financial liability.
+ Compiles requirements in order to prevent penalties and fines; utilizes instructions and tools provided to ensure that all state required documentation is issued accurately and in timely manner in accordance with specific jurisdictional timeframes and guidelines.
+ Monitors reports as assigned and documents compliance with key jurisdictional requirements (i.e. EDI, timeliness of benefit payments, etc.); assists Team Lead in tracking completion of team's tasks and projects; reviews SAS/SOX documents and submits in timely manner; and assists with takeover and reverse takeover projects ensuring that claim files are transferred and handled appropriately.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. State adjuster licenses required.

+ Accountable for attaining assigned sales quota, part margin and controllable expense objectives.
+ Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service related issues.
+ Maintains a current and competent base of product knowledge and applies that knowledge when servicing customers.
+ Maintains and submits all required sales administration reports. Regularly attends company meetings.
+ Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

+ This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.

**Position Responsibilities**
+ Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.

The Account Sales Manager Lead is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution. This position is accountable for assisting in the development of the other Account Managers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
**Schedule**
+ Monday-Friday, 6am-until finished, between 40 to 50 hours per week.
+ Weekends/Holidays as needed.
**Reporting:** This position will report to our main office in Tampa, FL and will be covering customers stores between North Pinellas, West Hillsborough, West Pasco and West Hernando.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Sell in KDP brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
+ Monitor ads and assist AM in follow up of execution of these ads in the market for the area
+ Monitor POI activation in bulk stores related to ads or activity, and closing of voids week to week in the group assigned to.
+ Develop and maintain a complete schedule of all approved vacation, floating holiday, and any other paid time off for the AM to ensure complete coverage of all routes.
+ Conduct a monthly STS with each AM in your assigned group to assist in their development.
+ Conduct periodic training sessions for all Account Managers in the department covering but not limited to safety, sales, merchandising, and communication skills.
+ Assist the District Manager in the day to day operation of the district utilizing Margin Miner, Route Manager, MyDay, AmPlify, and the EEA app.
+ Fill in for District Manager and Merchandising Manager in the group
+ Learn all aspects of Merchandising Manager duties for bulk area, including labor reports, XORA, Kronos, and how to build schedules. Understand all KBI's related to this job duty.
+ Participate in ongoing leadership and management training.
+ Cross train in other departments and/or job functions to gain a better understand of all departments to better prepare for future opportunities.
