**Job Description Summary**
The Combustors and Structures Senior Delivery Leader role is focused on the measurement of business KPI's, action plans to meet those KPI's for complex multi-commodity, multi-source team assemblies for a business division (ex D&S or CES). In this role, you'll join our Combustors and Structures team the delivery performance within the manufacturing lead-time horizon for structural castings, forging, and machining suppliers.
This position manages a complex supply base with a large spend - focusing on both direct and indirect materials to support the needs of both engine assembly and aftermarket customers.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Define and improve strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.

+ Review, recommend, and lead actions for business unit deliver with Senior business unit leaders.

+ Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
+ Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution
+ A minimum of 5 years in Sourcing, Engineering, Shop Operations, or a relevant Supply Chain role.

**Pay Transparency**
+ The base pay range for this position is $149,200.00 - 248,600.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 8, 2025.

**Job Description:**
The Sr. Engineer will join the Facility Group to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate facility project activities to ensure projects are accomplished within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. **Job Responsibilities:**

+ Create cost management solutions for facility projects. Manage vendors, engineers, and consultants to ensure facility projects are completed on budget and per schedules.
+ Responsible for project management, project planning, budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and project cost analyses.
+ Review and evaluate bid proposals/estimates with procurement.
+ Manage facility projects and project planning efforts, including both new installations and upgrades to existing facilities.
