Assets Protection (AP) teams function to keep our guests, team and brand secure and lead through crisis events. They protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, preventing, and resolving theft and fraud to ensure product is available for our guest. They also build relationships inside and outside of Target, including store leaders and public safety officials, inclusive of law enforcement.

  • Skills using intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe and secure

  • Experience in crisis response, safety and crowd management; providing support to both guests and team members

  • Skills in de-escalation as well as experience with physical security controls and culture

  • Ability to utilize Target's video surveillance system

  • Ability to timely and accurately document cases using case management systems

As a Target Security Specialist, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests at the front of store.

  • Promote a physical security culture for our team members and guests by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store, including exterior property.

  • Respond to and accurately document security incidents in a timely manner.

  • Appropriately respond to guest issues to provide a safe and secure environment for our team members and guests.

  • Leverage de-escalation tactics and resources when responding to security incidents across the store.

  • Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed, strictly adhering to AP policies.

  • Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store by performing merchandise receipt checks while adhering to AP policies, as well as recognizing and communicating trends.

  • Submit appropriate documentation in the case management system for all incidents following AP policy and procedures.

  • Understand and appropriately use Target's video surveillance system.

  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.

  • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

  • All other duties based on business needs

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed

  • Effective communication skills

  • Work both independently and with a team

  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst. This role is an individual contributor position that's part of a team responsible for the assessment and adoption of Information Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls related to non-human service account management. As a Lead Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with technology teams to properly identify, inventory, and enable automated credential management solutions utilizing approved credential management solutions (CyberArk) .

    In this role, you will:

    • Partner with technology teams to safely store sensitive identity/credentials in approved vaulting solutions

    • Execute established processes for vaulting identities/credentials in vaulting applications

    • Provide oversight on manual credential management processes throughout the enterprise

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and guide technology teams to configure applications to systematically retrieve credentials from approved solutions

    • Develop requirements for compliance and operational metrics to measure the overall health of the non-human identity program

    • Maintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security

    • Formulate and implement information security solutions and controls

    • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to information security policy, standards, and procedures as needed for systems, applications, and tool

    • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation

    Required Qualifications, US:

    • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    • 3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

    • 2+ years of process improvement experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience with industry standard credential management solutions (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, etc)

    • 2+ years of information security architectural design and consulting experience

    • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

    • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

    • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

    • Experience with synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it in appropriate formats

    • Knowledge and understanding of information security management, audit, compliance and risk.

    • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: compliance, risk management or audit operations

    • Knowledge Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experience

    • Knowledge of Microsoft office stools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
