Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our TEAM! As the Customer Service Representative, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support, such as servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions.

Sign-on Bonus of $750 and Perfect Attendance Bonus of $50

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 22.40 and 31.25 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.

Primary Objective: To ensure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support.

Major Function And Scope

  • Provides customer account management, which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
  • Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
  • Interfaces with various groups, including but not limited to internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Experience And Knowledge Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • 3+ years of call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management is preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization are required. Good voice quality that is conversational and professional. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards. Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills required. Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship-building skills. Must have a moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Pertinent Job Information: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. The associate must have the ability to regularly lift up to 15-30 lbs, and at certain times, you may be required to safely lift up to 70 lbs. Tile boxes or other materials that are longer than 36 inches or more than 70 lbs in weight require a team lift. **WORK SCHEDULE**
+ DAY SHIFT
+ 100% FTE, 40 HRS PER WEEK **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** Support the UW Medicine Outpatient Surgery Center Operating Rooms by the provisioning of surgical supplies and/or implantable devices for the Operating Room. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Orders, receives, and distributes OR supplies including stock, non-stock, and consignment products.
+ Identifies and implements process improvements that increase efficiencies and cost savings.
+ Ensures that Workday on hand stock quantities are aligned with physical locations by managing the usage log and doing regular cycle counts.
+ Cycle counts inventory on a consistent basis, checking for expired product and packaging integrity. Ensures that expired or damaged product is labeled, quarantined, and removed immediately.

Material HandlerPay: $21/HourLocation: Auburn, WAJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to accurately manage inventory information for company-controlled material stock. You will play a key role in monitoring, organizing, and maintaining inventory of our products across multiple branch locations, collaborating with a diverse team.ResponsibilitiesOperate sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and side-loader forklifts.Conduct inventory control and cycle counting duties.Enter inventory data into a computer system and record data manually using a clipboard.Load and unload metal materials, both manually and with a forklift.Complete material receiving activities for shipments between locations or direct from the mill.Coordinate movement of material from stock to processing to support production requirements.Operate material handling equipment as necessary to support movement of material.Perform accurate and timely data entry within the inventory management system regarding material movements.Prepare and maintain appropriate inventory identification tags.Complete material consolidation tasks, including supermarket organization.Identify material shortages and issues, and communicate them to appropriate staff.Perform verification of scrap materials.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.Assist the quality assurance team in activities related to credits.Perform equipment preventative maintenance and clean-up.Essential SkillsExperience operating a sit-down forklift.Strong attendance and work history demonstrating reliability.Additional Skills & QualificationsWarehouse operations and inventory control experience.Proficiency with computers for data entry and inventory management.Experience with order picking and packing.Why Work Here?This role offers job stability in the aerospace industry with opportunities for career growth. It is a fast-paced environment with over 60 employees on the floor. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from 4am to 2:30pm Monday-Thursday, or a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 1am Monday-Thursday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $0.20 - 21.20/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
