Customer Service:
• Greet Customer's in a friendly manner upon arrival
• Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required maintenance of their vehicle

Technical:
• Utilize smart devices at an advanced level to perform daily job tasks such as:
o parts ordering
o logging stories
o documenting Multi-point inspection details and recommendations

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years of recent professional automotive repair experience
ASE certifications and/or technical school are preferred
