Position Title: Aircraft Detailing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Dependable, self-starter and attention to detail
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Lead/Supervisor and outlined in the scope of work.
- Very detailed interior clean where the aircraft should appear "like new" when the clean has been completed
- Remove all trash from aircraft.
- Clean and restock all lavatories.

Función Principal de Puesto:
Preparar los autos del departamento de servicios y preparar vehículos del departamento de ventas de vehículos vendidos. Asegurar la presentación y cuidado adecuado del auto, siempre logrando altos estándares de calidad.
Funciones esenciales:
- Limpieza General de los vehículos del Showroom: Se debe realizar tanto en el showroom interno como a los vehículos en el exterior, asegurando la presentación impecable del área de exhibición.
- Limpieza general de Vehículos: Preparar vehículos nuevos, usados y/o Trade-in, según asignado por su supervisor inmediato o gerencial. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a: lavarlos, quitar plásticos, asegurar que la presión de gomas cumple con el estándar del fabricante, colocar tablillas y pegar marbetes, colocar materiales de promoción, entre otros.
- Gestión de Inventarios: Mantener los inventarios actualizados en sus respectivas áreas, garantizando el orden y la fácil localización de los vehículos.
- Etiquetado de Vehículos: Colocar etiquetas requeridas por la compañía o agencias reguladoras y gubernamentales al inventario en showroom y para demostración, asegurando la visibilidad de la marca. Esto incluye colocar etiquetas de DACO y asegurar que el vehículo tenga pegadas las boletas requeridas por el Departamento de Hacienda.
- Rellenado de Áreas en el Dealer: Mantener las áreas destinadas para los vehículos llenas y organizadas, optimizando el espacio disponible.
- Organización del Almacén: Asegurar la limpieza y el orden en las áreas de almacenamiento, clasificando el inventario por antigüedad.
- Gestión de Movimiento de Inventario: Realizar cambio de localidad de los vehículos según sea necesario, para mantener la organización y accesibilidad en el lote/zona.
- Aplicación de Códigos de barra (“Barcodes”): Colocar códigos de barras en el inventario de vehículos nuevos y usados, facilitando su rastreo y gestión.
- Mantenimiento de Demostradores: Asegurar que los vehículos de demostración estén con suficiente gasolina, limpios y sin etiquetas ni plásticos.
- Limpieza de Áreas de Lavado: Mantener las áreas destinadas para lavado de vehículos limpias y ordenadas, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo agradable.
- Cuidado de Exteriores: Limpiar y ordenar el patio y los estacionamientos, asegurando una buena imagen externa del establecimiento.
- Exhibición en Showroom: Mantener el área de showroom con todos los autos de inventario bien presentados.
- Exhibición Exterior los Fines de Semana y Días Feriados: Colocar unidades de cada marca en la zona exterior del concesionario, asegurar que estén limpios, con banderas y bien acomodados.
- Inventario de Autos: Realizar el inventario de autos los días 1ero y 15 de cada mes, para mantener la precisión del “stock”.
- Gestión de Residuos: Sacar la basura a diario, mantener las instalaciones limpias y ordenadas.
- Comunicación con el Supervisor: Establecer una comunicación constante con el supervisor inmediato.
- Cumplir con los estándares de limpieza y cuidado establecidos por el concesionario.
- Inspeccionar vehículos con defectos e informar al supervisor sobre los detalles.
- Reabastecer los suministros sanitarios en los compartimentos de los vehículos.
- Asegurar un juicio, conocimiento y capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas y otra maquinaria de forma segura.
- Manejar el tiempo de manera efectiva, siempre asegurar excelente atención al detalle.
- Inspeccionar vehículos nuevos al recibidos del distribuidor.
- Recibir vehículos comprados.
- Hacer entrega de vehículos vendidos a clientes, cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de escuela superior o su equivalente.
- Licencia de conducir vigente del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico
