Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE - Support Home Depot's Risk Management Department, with a special emphasis on supporting captive programs , by analyzing performance of captive coverage lines, monitoring loss data, and supporting regulatory/organizational needs of the captive.
As an integral part of the Risk Management team, the Risk Analyst will analyze retained risk exposure within the captive to ensure the risk profile of the captive aligns with the department philosophy and track reconcile claims activity within the captive.
Additionally, the incumbent will support insurance renewals, including the collection and validation of exposure data, completion of renewal applications, and regulatory/audit documentation, as well as supporting semi-annual actuarial review process by validating accuracy of loss data and coordinating with involved parties.
The ideal candidates will be well-versed in developing presentation materials for leadership surrounding new projects, insurance coverage, and conveying complex data in a digestible manner by specified deadlines and be comfortable assisting with traditional risk finance organizational tasks supporting various Home Depot operations units.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
- Manage the Risk Management Information System (RIMS); act as liaison with the RIMS vendor. Oversee production of monthly field reports, as well as ad hoc reports; training of users in systems from various departments.
- Assist in the preparation of U.S. and international insurance renewal information and applications.
- Administration of workers' compensation self-insurance and monopolistic state/province programs, including annual review of cost effectiveness and filings with state agencies.
- Coordinate/design preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly statistical reports, as well as special reports for Division and Executive Management; prepare and distribute quarterly claims data reports for actuarial review; administer workers 'compensation and general liability allocation program; design and run, upon request, analytical or informational reports for all functions of the Risk Management, Legal and Safety Departments.
- Oversight of Certificate of Insurance issuance, Memorandum of Insurance, vehicle insurance identification cards and surety bond process.
- Coordinate the integration of various claims data resources (e.g., tele-reporting service, third-party claims administrators, insurers, state/provincial workers' compensation agencies, etc.) and exposure data (I.e., labor hours, transactions and sales) into the RMIS.
- Review insurance and indemnifications of contracts and provide feedback to the Legal Department and/or outside counsel.
- Ensure data integrity of the RMIS process through coordination with Data Quality Coordinator and vendor partners.
REQURIED QUALIFICATIONS -

Senior Consultant - Safety & Risk Assessment Atlanta, Norcross, GA, US This position requires an individual with 5 – 10 years experience in industrial machine safety, including machine safeguarding, risk assessment, or occupational health and safety. The job involves leading a wide variety of incident investigations, including accident reconstruction. Projects require field work, investigation, analysis, report development and legal testimony. The candidate should have a successful history of legal testimony at deposition, trial, or other legal venues. The candidate should have experience managing projects of moderate to substantial complexity and/or size. Established set of existing client projects highly preferred. The candidate will provide safety expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team evaluating accidents of various types in industrial settings and conducting risk assessments of varying scopes. Independent work and collaboration in a team environment is anticipated. The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of small- to large-scale consulting projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timing and financial constraints by performing duties personally or in conjunction with other consultants. Locates, assesses pertinence of, and applies consensus safety standards, scientific literature, existing test data, and governmental regulations. Designs and conducts testing and/or develops models to obtain and evaluate machine performance or human factors data. Prepares written reports and verbal presentations of findings and conclusions in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand terms. · Two (2) consecutive years of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience within the last 7 years.
**MUST HAVE:**

· All active, reserve, retired or honorable discharged military personnel will meet the licensing/certification requirement

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Patrols facilities and property making observations to detect unauthorized persons or activities, unsafe conditions, and ensuring life safety standards are maintained.
+ Maintains appropriate communication with Supervisors, fellow Officers, Security Operations Center, and Law Enforcement to report crimes, incidents, and safety related irregularities.
+ Responds and intervenes in confrontations and restrains violent or disoriented persons as lawfully directed, providing support to clinical team as patient emergencies arise.
+ Observes the necessary safety precautions and established protocols for observations, holds, and patient restraints in accordance with federal, state, and organizational mandates to ensure a safe work environment.
+ Administers initial first aid as appropriate and to the level of training attained.
+ Investigates and documents, through both written and electronic format as required: Safety hazards, incidents and criminal activities to Public Safety Leadership, Risk Management, Safety Team, and Law
+ Enforcement and other appropriate agencies as determined by Emory Health Care, department policy, or state law.
+ These may include transport and release of bodies from the morgue; patient escort; elevator recall checks; monthly fire extinguisher, panic alarm, and intercom checks; and special event setups. Interviews and investigates individuals involved in suspicious or illegal activities.
+ Detains unauthorized individuals as defined by policy or state law and releases them to the proper authorities.
+ Officers are required to use force when appropriate to protect our customers and associates within organization policy.
+ Maintains annual proficiency with issued firearm and less-than lethal equipment.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR UNARMED PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS:**
+ Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer-focused service-based organization, public safety, or military.
+ Must complete EHC PS Basic Officer Course upon hire and FEMA IS 100 & 200 within 12 months.
+ Must obtain IAHSS Basic within 12 months; CPI or Equivalent within 12 months; BLS Certification within 12 months.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARMED PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS:**
+ Two (2) consecutive years of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience within the last 7 years.
**MUST HAVE:**
