What You Will Do
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance. Take the time to understand their concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Picking and Packing: Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in good condition; process shippable returns and abandoned in store pickup orders.
- Conduct Customer Pick-up: Retrieve orders from our back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer; monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.
- Support Other Teams: Assist other teams as needed in areas such as unloading and processing new merchandise based on its type, size, or category.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve department goals, fostering a supportive and positive work environment. Share insights, offer assistance proactively, and address challenges early to keep operations running smoothly.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Warehouse Associates are a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. Candidates are given the ability to build account orders to meet the demands of some of our top retail accounts. As a warehouse personnel employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is picked on a pallet to be loaded on to the truck. You are the one who validates the pallet is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety. You have all the resources needed to fulfill the aspects of your job, including detailed pick lists and easy pick software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build palletized loads from computer-generated load sheets

Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators.
