- Conduct detailed analysis and due diligence for new opportunities in North America and LatAm in the power, natural resources and infrastructure sectors
- Reviewing market studies, engineering reports, financial models, financial statements, customer financial information, project contracts, and legal analyses

- Analyzing new transactions and preparing credit applications to be delivered to the internal credit team that include analysis of financial conditions and projections for review and approval
- Oversee and manage internal processes required for compliance and execution, including KYC, profitability analysis, committee approvals, legal due diligence, and closing checklists
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Accounting or Financial Services work experience (minimum 3 years for Associate); preferably with specific experience in project finance

ESPNs Direct to Consumer (DTC) Finance team oversees the financial performance and strategy of the ESPN streaming business, serving as in-house advisors to Disney Entertainment & ESPN executive leadership and operations.
The DTC Finance team is seeking a Manager that will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of ESPNs DTC offering. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining subscriber and revenue forecasts that inform strategic decisions on promotions, partnerships, and product improvements. This position requires significant experience in subscriber modeling, pricing, supply and demand analytics, as well as a strong understanding of the streaming business model and its positioning within the larger entertainment & sports landscape.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain financial models for promotional offers & partnerships across the ESPN DTC business
- Perform data-driven scenario analysis on potential strategies to increase subscriber count and improve user experience
- Provide strategic support to Operations in developing go-to-market and communications strategies for pricing and special offers
- Evaluate subscriber and financial impact of potential product enhancements & changes to commerce flows
- Act as a point of contact for operational support teams (Marketing, Programming, Ad Sales, Disney+ & Hulu) and ensure alignment on key assumptions and understanding of KPIs
- Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks and opportunities to leadership
- Maintain a strong understanding of operating performance (e.g. KPIs, subscribers), major deals and transactions, trends, issues, and challenges facing the streaming business
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with expertise in subscription finance, partnerships, dynamic pricing models, and/or the streaming industry

- Comfort working across groups and projects rooted in data, data engineering, and analytics
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
- Deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, able to prioritize, and resolve an array of issues simultaneously
Education:

The hiring range for this position in New York is $130,800.00-$175,400.00 per year.
