**Team:**
The Performance Measurement & Attribution (PMA) team is a member Global Accounting and Product Services (GAAPS) group within Technology & Operations. PMA is responsible for investment performance analysis, oversight, and attribution. The team engages with a diverse set of teams to develop, deliver and operationalize the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Performance Attribution. This includes assessment, design, build, and delivery of platform tools & methodologies to address a range of internal and external analytical needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with teams globally to present a consistent client experience catalyzing a common culture; lead attribution analysis as an authority!

Primary Responsibilities: • Ability to apply modelling techniques to specific therapeutic classes, individual clients and at a macro level for all clients. • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate rebate calculations and payments • Work with other departments to align modelling methodologies across our business. • Embed forecasting models to predict future trends in drug utilization, costs, and savings. • Provide insights into market dynamics that impact rebate strategies. • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through advanced statistical techniques. • Design predictive models to anticipate future healthcare trends, patient behavior, and treatment outcomes. • Utilize machine learning algorithms to enhance model performance. • Interpret model results to inform strategic decision-making for our organization and our clients. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis using large datasets from various sources (claims data, clinical data, etc.). • Identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business value • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. • Present findings and scenarios in a clear manner to internal and external audiences. • Conduct in-depth analysis of different therapeutic classes to inform drug coverage options. • Understand and evaluate the clinical effectiveness and economic impact of pharmaceutical products. • Provide recommendations based on evidence-based medicine principles. Required Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment to deliver business goals. • Experience in working with and analyzing diverse datasets to develop business insight and strategy. • Proven ability to work on projects with accountability of work to senior management level stakeholders. • Understanding of competitive landscape and familiarity with pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
