Job Title: B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000$75,000 per year + performance bonuses Experience Level: Mid-level (3+ years in B2B lead generation or sales) Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in both organic outreach (LinkedIn, email) and paid advertising (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads) who thrives on turning strategy into consistent sales opportunities. Youll work directly with our marketing and leadership teams to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and email. Write and execute cold outreach sequences to generate qualified conversations. Launch and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google. Conduct audience research and list building for targeted outreach. Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CPL, CTR, booked calls). Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging with offers. Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and outreach best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital sales. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo), and CRMs. Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong writing skills for email and ad copy. Knowledge of funnel strategy, retargeting, and performance marketing. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities

Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including
attainable forecasting. Identify and penetrate market opportunities, and provide strategic, in-field support for their team to achieve revenue and admission goals. Represent the company in activities involving professional contacts to apprise them of the availability of offered Medicare services. Monitor program execution and service provision. Manage the tenets of the program, develop professional relationships, and effectively support the company care teams.

Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Must have demonstrated related field experience.
  • Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Education and experience, preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management is preferred.
  • A licensed professional with extensive field experience may be considered in lieu of direct field experience.
  • Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.
  • Management experience is preferred.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid state driver license
  • Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
  • Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
