Responsabilits
  1. Traiter les cas AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Techniques / Critical Workstoppage pour faire repartir l'avion le plus rapidement possible sur tous les moteurs LEAP et CFM56, le primtre oprationnel de ces cas sont : Turbomachine, line maintenance, systme d'huile et quipements.
  2. Assurer la surveillance en temps rel du comportement en opration des moteurs (health monitoring), faire des recommandations de maintenance aux clients et en assurer le suivi.
  3. Etre le support technique pour le Customer Support Center (CSC).
  4. Formaliser et partager le Retour d'exprience autour du comportement en opration des moteurs.
  5. Formaliser et partager les Retour d'exprience autour des AOG.
  6. Identifier et partager les besoins de mise jour documentaires avec les hardware owner ou responsables pices.
  7. Participer aux instances internes et externes relatives la communication des problmes en service et au monitoring.
  8. Participer au dveloppement des actions de progrs du secteur.
  9. En fonction du rythme dfini, prsence en alternance au sein du CSC et au PSE.
