EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Minimum of eight (8) years of broad HR experience required. Prior HR Business Partner experience is highly preferred.
+ Supervisory experience highly preferred.
+ Prior experience in petroleum, utilities, or manufacturing supporting field employees is preferred.
