The Travel Coordinator will coordinate and manage all program travel, including pre-travel requirements, scheduling, and logistics coordination and communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with travelers, program management, Sponsor, and overseas partners to plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage all program travel using both contractor and Sponsor systems as required to book flights, accommodations, etc.
Working with all parties to ensure all pre-travel and suitability requirements are satisfied well in advance of planned travel

Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience serving as a Travel Coordinator or performing similar scheduling, coordination, and planning work
Strong experience managing multiple high-priority trips or projects at the same time while keeping all parties informed and communicating effectively
Strong experience coordinating and managing travel using both contractor and Sponsor systems
Strong familiarity with Sponsor pre-travel and suitability requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active/ current TS/SCI w/ polygraph.
Physical Requirements:

JOB SUMMARY
This is an Operations position responsible for maintaining and coordinating all slotting processes in a cost-efficient manner. Must maintain a balance between the Sysco Redistribution Center, merchandising and the selection pick path.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine warehouse placement of all incoming merchandise and ensures that merchandise is slotted within before receipt.
- Decide placement of new item merchandising and reports slot to appropriate staff to efficiently store merchandise for future delivery.
- Prepare a slot change memo identifying the rearrangement of products.
- Move product, as needed, to make room for new products to efficiently utilize warehouse space and track product movement through the warehouse.
- Enter slot changes into the inventory tracking system to ensure that all product locations can be identified.
- Rearrange merchandise in the warehouse to maximize total cubic feet usage of available warehouse space.
- Identify "like items" that are slotted in such a way that the products may not be confused and mispicked;
- Separate items, as needed, to reduce the possibility of mispick and misdelivery of products to customers.
- Check slots of discontinued items to determine if the product is gone.
- Approve the deletion of the item code numbers if the product is removed to ensure that no product is wasted due to deletion from the inventory tracking system.
- Update, through data entry, slot changes, alterations, expansions, etc., to ensure that the system correctly identifies product location at all times.
- Plan and prepare a draft of warehouse racking expansion, as request, to ensure the fullest utilization of warehouse space.
- Establish additional racking components needs.
- Conform to appropriate equipment (i.e. tugs, forklifts, pallet jacks) operation rules and practices to reduce accidents and injuries.
- Ensure that assigned equipment is maintained and clean, and report repair or service needs to the equipment mechanic to reduce equipment damage.
- Observe all safety rules, regulations, and sanitation policies to reduce accidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
- Use equipment horns when driving out of storage areas into unobstructed view areas, and when entering walkways or row intersections to reduce accidents, injuries and equipment damage.
- Plug batteries into the power outlet when not in use to ensure the availability of fully operational equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years' experience in the Warehouse/Distribution Services field preferred.
Requirement
- 18+ years of age
- Submit to pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
Professional Skills
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively, as it relates to the job and the safety regulations
- Working knowledge of the following: inventory control techniques and procedures, product lines and their dimensions, products sold by Sysco, Sysco safety and security policies, equipment associated with warehouse activities and the operation of the equipment
- Good working knowledge of the following systems and technologies: Sysco Warehouse Management System (SWMS), Sysco Uniform System (SUS), Radio Frequency (RF) Admin (both Spec 1 and Spec 24), SOS, LAS, Driver Tech, RoadNet or equivalent.
- Personal computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $27.60/hour - $8.89/hour
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: 25.24/hour - 32.78/hour
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): 25.24/hour - 35.86/hour
Washington DC: 27.60/hour - 35.86/hour
Ohio: 23.89/hour - 31.07/hour
This role is also eligible for the following:

Position Summary- This role is REMOTE from CA, TX or NC. Only those three states.
This position is responsible for oversight of the materials function for FFF Enterprises and procurement of any Factor, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies. This function is concerned with the application of quantitative techniques in the decision-making process associated with procuring product. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that forecasting/planning and procuring of goods comply with the terms and conditions of purchase agreement along with product master data setup and maintenance.

Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers.
Display dedication to the position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
Manage inventory levels and processes used in determining forecasted need. Plan and procure Factors, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies according to need.
Direct contact relative to GIB along with all necessary requirements, testing and evaluation for current and future system enhancements (SAP).
Review and analyze lead times, dead stocks, days-on-hand, slow-moving products and make recommendations.
Manage the timely and accurate maintenance of the computer system tables, databases and purchasing transactions relating to acquisition of Factors, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies.
Develop and maintain working relationships with key company vendors to enhance companys competitive advantage.
Maintaining necessary vendor documentation and update return policies.
Assist Product Management and Pricing and Contracts team members as required.
Skills you need to have
High School diploma or equivalent.
A working knowledge of integrated computer systems and procurement exp. withing Materials Management and pricing is preferred.
Must have at least one (1) to three (3) years in a related field within a wholesale or distribution or warehouse environment
Any medical, healthcare or Pharma exp. is a HUGE plus
Experience In Finance, Marketing, And/business Is Preferred.
