Competency
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and professional cleaning practices.
- Experience with hand and power tools, as well as other types of machinery/equipment needed for maintenance and repair of public buildings.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions (blueprints/assembly instructions).
- Must have basic skills/working knowledge of computers to operate our software for things such as timeclock, work orders, searching for parts and equipment, and sending and receiving emails, etc.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Must have 1 or more years of experience in a related maintenance field.
- Preference given to candidates with additional training, trade experience, or degree/certificate in a related field (i.e. Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Welding, Pool/Pump, Fencing, Painting/Staining, etc).
- This is a full-time position working Sunday-Thursday following the initial training period of 6-12 months. During training, the position will be Monday-Friday. Hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.

What You'll Do:
+ Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components, and robotics within the facility
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment
+ Use diagnostic tools to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
+ Document repairs and maintain accurate maintenance records
What We're Looking For:
+ 2 years of industrial maintenance experience on mechanical and electrical systems
+ 1 years of Microsoft Office products experience
+ 2 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems and/or automated packing systems
+ Proficiency with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, sensors, and hydraulics

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
