As our Market Development Specialist, you will be supporting a large tobacco client in the Austin, TX market. The primary responsibilities of a Market Development Specialist is to contract new venues and events for marketing activations, supervise contracting efforts, and maintain relationships with new and existing venues.
As our Market Development specialist, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the market by taking on tasks outside the primary role as needed. This may include supporting other departments, participating in special projects, and stepping in to assist with urgent needs. Your flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond will be crucial to our success.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Background. Venue Contracting: Identify and secure new venues and events for marketing activations. Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet company goals.
- Organization + Communication. Coordinate contracting efforts across the market, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Schedule: (Flexibility required to assist with Nightlife Markets)You are available during M - F 8a - 5p (Occasional Weekends) (may need to work outside these hours should business needs arise cross channels, nightlife channels may run as late 2am)
- Outgoing . Maintain open lines of communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Requirements. You must be 21 or older and are comfortable with working for a tobacco / nicotine brand.
- Relationship Management : Maintain and improve relationships with new and existing venues through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Supervision : Oversee the contracting efforts, ensuring all activities align with company standards and objectives.
- Goal Achievement : Set and reach contracting goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of venues and events.
- Administrative Support: Handle backend administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential venues and events, staying informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of contracting efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracting activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and industry standards.
- Highly adept creating relationships and gaining commitments of venue stakeholders to participate in program activities
- Organizes, guides, and provides interpersonal management for those assigned to their teams, when applicable
- Comfortable utilizing new technology platforms while performing their role
- Effective in presenting business / program related material to varying audiences and levels
- Proactively identify solutions at the executional and strategic level to advance agency and client opportunities
- Continuously demonstrate the mutual partnership as being a true resource for internal and client partners
- Create, maintain, and leverage strong internal and external relationships
- All other duties that may be assigned relating to this role and/or business needs
- Must have the ability to travel ~50% during peak times, based on varying workload and needs of the programs supported by Client Delivery
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum of 3 years of industry related experience managing multi-market, large scale campaigns
Experience working in a remote environment

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate has strong communication and graphic design skills and has experience working in a creative field. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate firm-wide with our staff to craft compelling narratives and presentations showcasing the incredible design work being produced by our office. Theyll also support our business development processes by responding to initial client requests, conducting information gathering calls, and helping to create and track proposals. The Marketing Specialist is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days a week in-person at our beautiful office in central Austin, Texas, and two flexible work-from-home days.
Responsibilities
- Produce a wide range of marketing collateral including: RFP/RFQ responses, award submissions, presentations, client interviews, portfolios, and more
- Update and maintain the firms website and social media accounts
- Conduct initial client calls and information gathering, and coordinate with our internal team to develop interview presentations and track proposal development
- Coordinate with the design staff to gather information to develop project messaging for resumes, project descriptions, public relations, website, awards submissions, etc.
- Create and maintain an up to date project information database
- Develop and maintain organized marketing systems and records
- Coordinate project photography
- Create and coordinate corporate marketing collateral such as business cards, construction signage, and more

Game Warriors is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow the business into Cedar Parks premiere coding and digital art learning center for children. Our ideal candidate would have a background in business, digital marketing, project management and/or education. However, if the following describes you well, you could be our ideal candidate:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and SEO
- Create and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms across various platforms
- Optimize ad performance for maximum reach and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing, track conversions, and improve campaign efficiency
- Drive web traffic, enhance brand awareness, and grow market share
- Oversee staff management and day-to-day operation
- Mentor and support students in their learning and development
- Expanding the business through the exploration of novel opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work afternoons (2-6pm) and some Saturdays (10am-1pm) with the goal of this job becoming full time management position once we are at full enrollment.
- Experience with Digital Marketing, paid media, SEO is mandatory.
- Ability to work special events like school festivals and weekend festivals.
- Experience in sales, marketing or business operations.
- Experience working with children a plus.
- Experience in project management, team leadership a plus.
- Coding knowledge/experience a plus.
- Knowledge of game development a plus.
- Artistic background a plus.
Compensation:
- Base rate of $16-22 per hour plus commission based upon enrollment numbers

Primary FunctionThe Digital Marketing Specialist Amazon Ads will develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive product sales on Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazons advertising platform, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze data to improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, DSP advertising, and other promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting to improve ad performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising strategies with business goals.
Develop A/B testing strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Stay updated with Amazon Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while controlling costs.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within Amazons advertising ecosystem.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies to ensure alignment with strategic goals and campaign effectiveness.
Optimize product listings for search ranking, ensuring they are fully optimized with relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling copy.
Launch new Retail Media Networks in DIY/Tools and Home Improvement category including Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowes.
Qualifications3+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central.
Experience with PPC management tools like Skai and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
