We are seeking a **Project Manager Assistant - Oil Well P&A Projects** to join our **Bakersfield, CA** team! Come join us!
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide administrative support for oil and gas plugging and abandonment projects, including scheduling meetings, coordinating site work, and managing project documentation.
+ Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and regulators.
+ Monitor project progress, provide status reports, and identify potential issues.
+ Assist with budget tracking, vendor procurement, and site work scheduling.
+ Analyze data related to project performance and provide insights to the project manager.
+ Effectively manage multiple tasks and track deadlines.
+ Proactively identify and address potential project issues.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
+ Significant experience with SharePoint, MS Office suite, and PDF documents.
+ Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
+ Basic project management knowledge.
+ Time management skills.
