Job Duties:
+ Act as the on-site escalation point for Service Desk tickets and issues that require in-person or higher-tiered technical assistance across Pacific Northwest (PNW) locations.
+ Proactively maintain IT infrastructure at designated sites, ensuring systems are functioning optimally. Address gaps in support coverage by coordinating with regional teams and stepping in as needed to minimize downtime.
+ Serve as the go-to technical resource for business teams at the site. Provide tailored IT solutions aligned with the specific needs of the local operations and ensure seamless alignment with corporate IT standards.
+ Utilize elevated permissions to manage user access and identity, including creating and modifying Active Directory accounts, managing membership in security groups and distribution lists, and enforcing access controls and compliance standards
+ Ensure IT systems and access are properly configured for new hires, including provisioning laptops, setting up email, and configuring necessary software. Coordinate secure and timely deactivation of accounts and retrieval of assets during offboarding. Support an average of under 20 onboardings per month.
+ Work closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure a clean and efficient handoff of front-line issues. Act as the internal point of contact to bridge any gaps between the business and the MSP support structure.
+ Monitor and respond to issues in the escalation queue, providing timely resolutions or engaging appropriate internal teams when needed. Ensure incident response processes are followed and documented properly.
+ Collaborate with the outsourced service desk team to triage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues. Assist with knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement to reduce repeat issues and enhance service desk efficiency.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in IT Support Engineer position or related role.
+ Proficient in managing both on-premises and Azure Active Directory environments.
+ Experienced with device imaging and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
+ Skilled in maintaining IT asset and inventory tracking systems.
+ Hands-on knowledge of networking technologies including Wi-Fi, VPN, Ethernet, and printer connectivity.
+ Capable of delivering effective remote technical support across distributed teams.

+ Oversees the equipment lifecycle by: leading the team installing, updating, and modifying a variety of medical equipment; monitoring and documenting acceptance checks in accordance with manufacturers specifications independently that may require innovative problem solving and ingenuity; coordinating investigations of medical equipment involved in complex patient and employee accidents and/or incidents, and documenting the findings and ensuring the results are adequately documented; and collaborating with leadership on the purchase of new medical equipment and software, and recommending decommissioning of obsolete or irreparable equipment.
+ Oversees ongoing preventative maintenance of medical equipment by: assigning work, tracking progress, and providing feedback for routine inspections and functionality tests of complex medical equipment (e.g., integrated, interoperable) medical devices and software; managing the ongoing preventative maintenance schedule of medical equipment and software (e.g., replacing parts); providing technical guidance to team members responding to requests for maintenance that may require innovative judgment and discretion; and monitoring and documenting the progress of ongoing preventative maintenance activities, problems, and concerns, and ensuring that all tasks are accomplished.
