Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician at MGM Transformer Company, is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment and systems used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures all machinery, tools, and facility infrastructure operate efficiently and safely to support uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Inspect and maintain all mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain overhead cranes, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
- Perform welding tasks as required, including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding.
- Work comfortably at heights and in various conditions.
Requirements:
- Ability to commute/relocate to Commerce, CA.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience (required).
- 2 years of welding experience (required), including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekends as needed

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•Filtering oil fryers daily
•Maintaining outside grounds
•Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
•Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
•Take out and empty trash compactor
•Change light bulbs
•Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
