About the Role In this opportunity as Director, Partner Marketing Solutions you will: Define and refine value propositions, unique selling points, and key messaging for our TR/Partner products/solutions/integrations, ensuring alignment with partner marketing goals and objectives. Ensure messaging consistency when communicating joint value propositions to the market and to internal/external teams and develop materials/tools that support partners and internal channels/segments in meeting their sales and revenue goals. Lead the development and curation of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., sales sheets, data sheets, case studies, blog posts, webinars) that showcases our products/solutions and resonates with partners and their customers including tracking deliverables against plan. **The Opportunity**

**Strategic Planning:**
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both the Enterprise with the Sector Heads of Marketing and specific personal accountability for EMEA across brand, product, digital, and customer experience, in alignment with overall company objectives.
**Market & Competitive Analysis:**
Review research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform strategic direction?
**Campaign Strategy:**

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
+ 15+years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or related roles
+ Experience leading new market entry and marketing in global regions including establishing brand and portfolio presence.
+ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
+ Experience in B2B commercial functions for infrastructure and energy industry segments

Reporting to the CCO, the Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible for overseeing the digital experience for past, future and current guests at all (branded and independent) properties to maximize total hotel profitability through the proper resource allocation. It is responsible for reporting on the company's use of online channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance for all hotels and outlets. The Vice President of Digital Marketing owns the online sales experience by overseeing the analysis review process and implementation of all digital strategies and tactics. This includes hotel website optimization for conversion and SEM by focusing on leisure and group promotions, image and content updates, online paid advertising and reputation management. This position will also aid in the growth of third party management contracts by promoting Remington to prospective owners, representing Remington's digital marketing expertise during RFPs and pitch meetings, and by maintaining positive relationships with asset managers and owners.
The Vice President of Digital Marketing owns the development of the digital marketing roadmap for the portfolio and oversees its execution. It is responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing and branding initiatives including reporting, analytics, advertising, marketing plans, collateral, videography and photography, and market research that maximizes exposure to achieve budget, increase revenues, and meet market share targets. Keys to success will be: (1) position hotels as leaders in competitive markets; (2) align strategic marketing KPIs; (3) structure strategic marketing plans to effectively deliver relevant and engaging messaging to an ideal targeted customer profile to drive commercial metrics; (4) analyze marketing and digital performance in alignment with revenue management to assist Digital Marketing Managers in making data-driven decisions on budgets and strategic and tactical executions. In addition, this position is a managerial role that is responsible for the hiring, development, and success of the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Managers.
What You Will Deliver:- Manage department by maintaining positive relationships with peers and overseeing direct reports
- Manage paid revenue generation and optimize returns on ad spend
- Actively manage Remington's online presence and support hotel's reputation and guest user experience
- Liaise with brands and vendor relate to online distribution and strategy
- Support the growth of 3rd party management by working with the CIO to pitch ownership groups along with brand and vendor relationship
- Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking
- Train team on SEO copywriting techniques including keywords, headlines, tags, and effective call-to-action
- Direct inbound link development from relevant sites and directories
- Ensure that all hotels' listings are optimized, visible, accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to channel users
- Work with brands and vendors to conduct audits to gauge each hotel's visibility on major search engines
- Ensure accuracy of Online Travel Agency (OTA) websites
- Evaluate new and existing paid placement and ad space for specific OTAs on behalf of portfolio
- Identify trends within portfolios of hotels with needs and opportunities for paid advertising
- Make recommendations and manage funds and strategies for approved hotels to ownership groups
- Champion, develop, and measure the success of ad campaigns on Social Media
- Engage with SVPs, DVPs, and VPs to ensure everyone has clear understanding of levers available
- Work directly with executive team to improve online reputation scores and rankings
