As a Supply Chain Manager , you will:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of a dedicated commodity team to achieve ambitious results in support of the business' largest Business Unit segment, responsible for over $200M in annual revenue alone

Develop and execute procurement strategies and ensure their alignment with achievement of the companys key results

Develop, improve, and nurture strategic supplier relationships with key suppliers

Lead sourcing and mitigation activities to offset and resolve obsolescence threats to the business

Lead key supplier Business Review process, including supplier performance feedback metric review

Flex resource requirements to ensure day-to-day priorities are aligned with management expectations

Manage negotiations with suppliers on prices, contracts, and conditions, and establish Long Term Agreements with realized PPV savings

Ensure the implementation of and adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure superior levels of performance

Identify potential areas of process improvement, recommend solutions and drive improvement

Develop and maintain reporting

Use and assist in maturation of monthly Dashboard of KPIs regarding supply base delivery performance, utilizing this information as the basis of prioritizing Supply Chain performance improvement

Resolve supplier discrepancies (quantities, paperwork and other) by closely working with Operations/QA departments

Continuously enhance the skills of team members by coaching, training, and/or mentoring activities

Maintain and disseminate knowledge and awareness of industry issues and trends

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team at Esri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations in production, planning, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, and warehousing. This position will report to the Director of Global Operations and will have several direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet corporate objectives
• Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping
• Maintain compliance with all US and foreign trade regulations
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments within Esri to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with the Esri SAP support team for system testing and enhancements
• Lead all efforts in material and part number configurations within SAP
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
• Collaborate with suppliers and other Esri departments to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and safety requirements
• Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for department equipment
• Train department on safety requirements and properly document all completed training
• Manage the production operations for USB software duplication, marketing and events signage, and outsourcing Esri press books
• Facilitate MRO for department equipment
• Provide documented mid-year and annual review feedback with your direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience managing an operation with direct reports
• Proven experience in a supply chain management role, with a track record of success
• 5+ years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; excellent Microsoft Excel skills essential; Visio or Lucidchart experience

Recommended Qualifications

• Certification in supply chain management (such as APICS) is a plus
• Knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles
• Demonstrated professional growth and range of experience from your employment history

Director of Supply Chain This position is an onsite role at the Geneoscopy office. Applicants must be local to St. Louis, MO, or the surrounding area. The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our business's end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and supplier management in alignment with the Company's goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the Company's growth, quality, and service objectives. Ensure supply continuity across the Company while managing costs and mitigating risks (e.g., tariffs, supply shortages, etc.). Establish strong partnerships with key suppliers of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Negotiate supplier contracts and manage supplier performance, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery. Drive and/or support negotiations with suppliers, as appropriate. Negotiate, manage, and support enterprise supplier licenses, subscriptions, and renewals. Ensure supply chain operations adhere to applicable regulatory standards. Collaborate with all applicable departments to ensure timely product availability. Ensure monthly inventory counts are performed promptly and accurately recorded in the ERP system (working closely with finance where necessary). Oversee the implementation/management of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, MRP, WMS (warehouse management system), demand planning tools). Develop and own key supply chain KPIs and performance metrics and develop tracking reports for review. Manage inventory levels to balance service levels with working capital targets. Support new product launches and development efforts by ensuring supply chain readiness and scalability. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and responsiveness to market or regulatory disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. The Beverage Planning Manager is the front line leader within the Beverage Supply Chain team responsibility for leading a team of analysts overseeing functional planning across a region within our beverage business. They are responsible for driving business strategy, inventory policy, production run strategy, RM replenishment, and FG scheduling for our beverage lines. They work hand in hand with our sales team, S&OP team, customers, manufacturing partners, and project management and engineering teams. They are also responsible for helping mature and advance the beverage planning process and help drive the technology requirements for the beverage planning team. This is a high-profile role with lots of coordination required with both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions

• Leads a team of analysts to balance supply and demand over a multi-week horizon for the assigned region consisting of multiple manufacturing and 3PL sites. Execute production run strategies that fulfill Niagara's goals of maximizing asset utilization and driving value to our customers.
• Collaborates with sales, customers, and mfg. to create production strategies in support of servicing our customers. Overlook the publishing of the master plans to the organization and its customers and ensure a high quality of data outputs by ensuring all data inputs are sound and updated.
• Help design inventory budgets and ensure planned vs actual changeovers and inventory holding cost are within those established budgets.
• Supply plans must take into consideration all relevant variables such as inventory levels, available capacity, projected demands, planned down times, and inventory budgets to meet service and cost goals.
• Overlook the ongoing development and maintenance of inventory policy with consideration to demand, setup costs, holding cost to drive optimal inventory turns and service.
• Maintain a high standard of internal customer service using effective communication and prompt responses to all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Manage non-optimal sourcing strategies by reducing cost while meeting service goals.
• Ensure high warehouse utilization by partnering with internal logistics and plants to understand storage capacities and ensure system values are updated.
• 3PL management by strategizing cost optimal product mix and controlling planned vs actual flow.
• Leads a team in balancing supply and demand of raw materials developing and developing site level supply plans for all Niagara domestic sites.
• Works cross-functionally to develop raw material supply solutions that fulfill the flexibility of customer demand.
• Collaborates to develop infrastructure and refine process to review and plan for raw material production requirements within a 90-day window; establishes methods to scale requirements gathering for a growing network of sites.
• Monitor shifts in demand across the network and proactively adjust network raw material supply plans accordingly, ensuring supply continuity at all times. Must anticipate and communicate any updates or change in needs/constraints.
• Strong leadership skills in relation to emotional intelligence, active listening, and providing constructive professional feedback to team members. Excellent verbal and written communication required.
