Duties and Responsibilities
Cashier
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
- Keep your area clean and presentable
- Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
- Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
Cart and Janitorial
- Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
- Gather carts from the parking lot
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
- Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

**Role Purpose**
The CSR will act as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order management, and a superior customer experience from inquiry through delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, pricing, and product availability. In addition, will serve as the liaison for customer complaints and issues, targeting swift resolution in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Through the utilization of SAP, will maintain customer records, service history, and account data to properly manage customer data, especially orders, and allow for the ability to update order status including potential delays and issue resolutions.
+ Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to align customer shipment requests and promised dates in line with key business objectives.
+ Support the onboarding of new solar customers, including initial setup and product education.
+ Assist in continuous improvement efforts to optimize the customer experience and internal service processes in meeting divisional key objectives including service metrics.
+ Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of experience ideally in Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 6+ years of customer service experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG is a plus.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The range for this position is $60,410.00 - $68,658.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
