- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience with LLM training/inference optimization at algorithm level.
- Experience with LLM training/inference optimization at system level: KV cache optimization, Quantization, etc
- Experience with PyTorch ops, memory, communication, and/or data loading optimization at scale
- Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
