DESCRIPTION

Modern Citizen is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our new San Francisco store, opening in March 2025. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with in-store events, and showcasing your styling expertise.

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement - Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and offering personalized styling advice. Create a memorable shopping experience by understanding individual preferences and recommending suitable products.
  • Event Support - Assist in the setup and execution of in-store events, including product launches and promotional activities. Help manage guest interactions and ensure the smooth operation of events to enhance the customer experience.
