  • Assist in the creation of event proposals, menus, production orders, equipment needs, BEOs, invoices, and timelines.

  • Help maintain accurate documentation including floor plans, client correspondence, and internal checklists.

We are looking for a motivated Contruction sales representative to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating sales processes, and contributing to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities: M-F 35-40 hours
- Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to promote products and services effectively.
- Track sales activities and update records in the company's system to maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with the team to identify leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Provide support in organizing and scheduling meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of company offerings to address customer questions confidently.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively supporting team efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategy development.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales representative in construction or related industries such as plumbing or lumber.
- Strong skills in inside and direct sales, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales management systems and tools for tracking activities.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with construction materials.
- QuickBooks or similar software
- High level of consultative or cross selling.
