We're looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee our 4-person Maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility runs smoothly and keeps the corporate office informed of what is needed or will be needed for the facility.
Some of the responsibilities are:
• Scheduling and training staff
• Ensuring tasks are completed satisfactorily and timely
• Creating/updating preventative maintenance policies
• Working with Human Resources to hire, discipline and terminate staff
• Reviewing hours weekly for payroll
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in the maintenance field, preferably in a supervisory role. This position is salaried and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- High school diploma/GED or two years of relevant experience.
- Able to work underground in a mining environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining heavy equipment and hydraulic systems.
- Current ATF certification or ability to obtain one upon hire.
