The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers for a top telecommunications company in the region. A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative, Single-Family:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
- Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer's needs
- Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus
- Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
- Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories

Base salary: The base salary range for this position in MD state is 38,778.69, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and sales incentives if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.
Commission component: Targeted commissions at full attainment are 41,067 annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you can use your people skills to help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at people's homes and/or by phone. If you are focused, goal oriented, and have great communication skills, then this is the role for you!
Job Requirements

Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred.

Must be a gifted storyteller with an awesome personality who will make quality sales for TruGreen.

Reliable vehicle to transport yourself from the branch to property visits is required (mileage reimbursement OR car allowance is available).

Valid, current driver's license required; subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check, and proof of insurance required.

Territory Sales Representative:
Job Summary:

Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+
As a Leaf Home territory sales representative, you will work to provide potential customers with your expertise and education about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. By doing a quick home inspection from the street we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has the solution for.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their home about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
- Report daily results to the field management team and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
- Ensure a high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Customer focused and results oriented.
- Professional demeanor and attire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking / standing required.
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
