Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $33.06 to $34.17 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Additional benefits include overtime pay and performance-based incentives.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Start Times: 6 PM to 6 AM
• Some overnight stays required
• Per Diem and hotel accommodations will be provided

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to ensure timely deliveries to customers
• Unloading products with care using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing items in designated storage areas
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures
• Handle customer payments as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. throughout each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence with necessary endorsements
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience (any industry), or 3 months of experience in food or beverage delivery
• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred (may be required in some locations)
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection prior to leaving the plant on every truck driven during the shift & turn in daily
• Report any vehicle damage or vehicle service issues to management prior to leaving the plant
• Ensure the truck cabs are kept clean
• Scan in carts of soiled linen & scan out carts of clean linen at driver station using scanner/computer
• Maintain a daily trip sheet logging the account name, time leaving the plant, number of carts delivered, carts returned, time returning to the plant, truck number, noting any issues that occurred during the delivery
• Collect signatures by customer staff receiving deliveries using driver tablets
• Maintain a neat & clean appearance
• Follow all company rules & regulations
• Conduct yourself appropriately as a representative of Ozark Mountain Linen

• Verifiable driving experience required
• Minimum of Class E Endorsement (Missouri) or other state equivalent required
• Must be familiar with basic computer functions
• Previous laundry experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull hampers on wheels with a weight up to 700 pounds
• Ability to bend forward, use hands, arms repetitively
• Ability to be a team player and get along with co-workers, supervisors and visitors
• Must be reliable & have reliable transportation
• Open availability as the plant operates 7 days a week

• Interact and assist customers during delivery and at will call.
• Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse, counter area, etc.
• Perform other job tasks as assigned.

• Compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers of applicable gross motor vehicle weight rating, including but not limited to holding valid DOT medical card
• Pass an MVR check
• Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, pickers
• Have 3-5 years of driving and delivery experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Be organized, detail orientated, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, and or take direction in an ever-changing working condition

Night CMV (Non-CDL) Driver

Nonexempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

Pay range for the position is $18.50 - $19.50 per hour depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Availability for evening delivery routes.
  
• Unload inventory from incoming vehicles. Inspect inventory for damage. Process and stock inventory.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Night CMV (Non-CDL) Delivery Driver provides excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries to both our internal and external customers. The Night CMV (Non-CDL) Delivery Driver will deliver and pick up products from customer drop sites in order to fulfill our customers' needs while performing general driver duties. The Night CMV (Non-CDL) Delivery Driver will also perform warehouse assignments, and assist customers as needed with the highest regard for safety and accuracy while representing Mygrant Glass both in our warehouses and in the field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal/mobile device; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts; Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels, and making fine discriminations in sound; Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must have finger grip strength to properly handle glass. Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged periods of time, traverse stairs, maneuver in tight spaces, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally during 8-10-hour work shift.
