Responsibilities

Communicate with professionalism and warmth: As the clients' first point of contact, you'll ensure each person you speak with receives excellent service and accurate information. Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar: Coordinate consultation appointments, installation dates, and move-out dates, while balancing clients' timelines with our team's workload. Schedule team events and meetings. Ensure all calendar event details are accurate.

Manage Slack, our team communication platform : Create new channels for each new opportunity, share relevant property and client information, assign tasks to other Client Services team members and designers, set reminders, promptly answer internal questions, share client questions, and close channels as needed.
Maintain Salesforce: Create new Salesforce records and update client, property, and product data.
Create and send invoices, proposals, and contracts: Work with our designers to create proposals and send them to clients. Work with other Client Services team members to send contracts. Send invoices to clients to secure appointments and to make furniture purchases.
Assist with billing tasks as needed : Process client payments, follow up on outstanding payments, and calculate final payments and refunds.
Be knowledgeable about our products and pricing : Develop a solid understanding of our product offerings and our pricing structure to calculate rental rates and furniture purchase pricing.
Maintain a growth mindset: Contribute to continuous process improvement and refinement. Seek ways to improve the client and team experiences.
Participate in team meetings and company culture events.

Purpose of Position

As a member of the Client Services (Help Desk) team, provides advanced first-tier/second-tier technical support, guidance, meeting & event support plus training for UT System Administration departments and stakeholders. Essential Functions

  • Provides advanced technical support to end users / clients regarding technology hardware and software applications by assessing needs and implementing the best solutions.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs and presentations for team members and stakeholders.
  • Offers specialized support on business applications and processes, with a focus on advanced technical support and problem resolution.
  • Drives the technical onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of user accounts, including comprehensive management of group memberships, rights, telephony assignments, and Two-Factor Authentication setups.
  • Plays a key role in the implementation of technology projects and initiatives, focusing on strategic alignment, gap analysis, project coordination, and execution.
  • Responsible for the administration of end-user hardware, software, and services, including enterprise printing and conference room technology.
  • Implements and maintains software management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and Microsoft Admin Center. Maintains endpoint configuration standards for end user applications.
  • Supports leadership in reviewing technical support trends to identify systemic issues or training needs. Uses IT service management tool to review reports on service performance, incident management and end user / client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities
A Services Manager in FSO EDGE Private will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. A day in the life.

As our Producer Development Leader on the Private Client Services National Region team, you’ll be  responsible for leading the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of insurance business development executives/producers within the organization. This role focuses on building a high-performing sales team that excels in the high-net-worth personal lines insurance market. The Producer Development Manager will implement strategic initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts, producer performance, drive sales growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive onboarding and training programs that equip new producers with essential product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance standards, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Establishing performance metrics and evaluation processes to monitor producer progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure achievement of sales targets and professional growth.

  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to producers, fostering their development and helping them achieve validation and success

  • Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of high-net-worth personal lines insurance.

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a focus on training and development.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software / Salesforce and other sales tools.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC) are highly desirable.

  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs within the insurance sector.
