The Process Optimization Developer on the Business Process Optimization (BPO) team plays a key role in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that streamline operations and improve business performance. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain automation and optimization solutions using a variety of tools and programming languages.
+ Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
+ Continuously improve existing solutions by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and performance.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and stakeholders.
+ Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.
+ Contribute to project planning, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
+ Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Support the integration of automation tools and platforms into broader process improvement initiatives.
**Pay Range for this position is - $75,000 - $85,000
**EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
+ Equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) will be considered in lieu of a degree.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ 1+ years of development experience in a high-level programming language; Python strongly preferred.
+ Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms is a plus.
+ Familiarity with front- and back-end data environments, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes.
+ Exposure to process improvement or business operations is beneficial

In this exciting role as a Senior Business Process Improvement Program Manager, you will be responsible for Enterprise Level Strategic Programs withing Core Quality Services. You will also have a small, independent, global team that manages access, maintenance and data migrations in our PLMs, integrations of acquisitions into our operations and PLMs, and process improvement in enterprise dashboards.
In your primary role as Senior Business Process Improvement Program Manager, you will partner with Enterprise Quality Leaders, OU and Site Leaders to drive results within the Enterprise Change Control Improvement (ECCI) Program. Job Responsibilities
+ Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
+ Drive actions to ensure results of a 30% improvement in Product Change Order Lead Time for the organization for Q2-Q4 FY26. This includes oversight and monitoring of the Enterprise Quality Plan KPI for Lead Time.
+ Identifying areas falling short of plan and partnering with OU, Operations, Operations QA and/or Regional leadership to recover shortfalls to plan.
+ Point of contact for Acquisitions and Integrations for PLM and CQS Configuration Assurance (CA) and for developing and implementing plans for the acquired company to be integrated into Medtronic's PLM Systems.
+ Responsible for ensuring CQS CA is adequately represented in integration activities and that the organization will be able to adequately support the business post-integration. This requires working closely with CQS CA Operational Leads.
+ Review all CQS CA Owned Dashboards and partner with users of data to establish (or update) the Dashboard "Roadmap".
+ Partner with the Data Analytics Team to establish and execute an Implementation Plan that supports the "Roadmap".
+ Handle PLM issue escalations ensuring the appropriate team or IT support as appropriate to resolve PLM system issues.
+ Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership to a small independent team of staff supporting acquisitions and integrations, PLM administration and/or scorecards and reporting.
