We’re expanding our team and looking for a talented Medical Writer who is passionate about health and science to create high-quality medical documents for a variety of audiences. Key Responsibilities:- Medical Documentation : Create and edit high-quality, scientifically accurate documents, including clinical trial protocols, regulatory submission documents, journal articles, research summaries, white papers, and more.
- Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current medical guidelines and regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical researchers, regulatory affairs, and product development teams, to produce top-tier content.
- Regulatory Writing : Develop documents for regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs, clinical study reports, etc.) that meet the required standards for health authorities like the FDA, EMA, etc.
- Technical Expertise : Break down complex medical, clinical, and scientific data into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for both expert and lay audiences.
- Quality Control : Edit and proofread medical documents to ensure they meet the highest quality standards for clarity, accuracy, and format.
- Adaptability : Flexibly adapt to various document types, including marketing materials, patient education brochures, and clinical trial materials.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s degree or PhD is a plus).
- Experience : At least 2 years of professional medical writing experience in a regulatory, clinical, or scientific writing role.
- Skills :
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with medical writing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Certifications : A Medical Writing Certification (e.g., from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) ) is preferred, but not required.
