We are currently seeking a Data Access & Information Management Specialist to support our projects by ensuring our teams have access to reliable, compliant, secure, and well-organized data resources.
Position Overview
As the Data Access & Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing access to key data sources, organizing and securing data repositories, and ensuring compliance with licenses, permissions, and data usage rights. You will also contribute to designing data architecture, supporting data pipelines, and implementing good governance and cybersecurity practices to protect information integrity and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Management: Request and manage access to external data sources, including subscription services, databases, and licensed datasets.
- Repository & Architecture Organization: Develop and maintain a centralized, well-organized, and secure data repository that meets legal and technical standards. Support the design and maintenance of data architecture and pipelines.
- Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks, licensing terms, and best practices in cybersecurity to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.
- Process Documentation: Create clear documentation for data access procedures, data source inventories, pipeline structures, and usage guidelines to support transparency and consistency across projects.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist with hosting management, data migration, server tools (such as cPanel), and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, project coordinators, and technology teams to ensure data infrastructure meets project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or related fields.
- Managing data access, licenses, or information systems in academic, nonprofit, or corporate settings.
- Solid knowledge of data architecture design, data pipelines, and data governance principles.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices applied to data management and hosting environments.
- Experience with hosting platforms, cPanel, data migration, cloud data storage tools.
- Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Python, SQL, and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to the organization’s mission of driving social impact through innovation and collaboration across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
- Experience working with data in sectors such as agriculture, agrotech, carbon emissions reduction, or sustainable transport.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, data integration best practices, and cross-platform data security.

Issuers that receive funds through the sale of MBS securities can use the capital to make additional residential and other types of mortgage loans. The scope of this role is to provide a streamlined process to support a number of our client's specialized initiatives in the mortgage industry. The task orders to be issued will be based on scopes of work defining specific requirements in the following areas: Corporate Risk Activities, Mortgage Banking Industry Monitoring and Surveillance, Mortgage Industry Transaction and Asset Management Services, Mortgage-Backed Securities Program and Policy Management. An IT auditor is responsible for the internal controls and risks of a company's technology network. This role includes identifying the weaknesses in a systems network and creating an action plan to prevent security breaches in the technology. An IT auditor can also be involved in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures and the creation of internal audit reports.
An auditor must work within a team to create a solid information technology infrastructure, and collaborate with clients to devise and put in place policies and procedures regarding network security issues.

IntegriChain, the leading provider of commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Information Technology (IT) to lead the company's internal technology infrastructure and systems operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will oversee IT operations, service delivery, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and global employee support across the U.S. and India.
This is a highly visible role for a hands-on IT leader who excels at aligning technology with business needs, driving operational efficiency, and scaling systems to support a growing SaaS and technology product organization. The IT Director will work cross-functionally to ensure a secure, reliable, and productive technology environment for IntegriChain's employees and global operations.
What this role entails:
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute IntegriChain's internal IT strategy in alignment with business goals, scalability, and security, with an innovative approach and customer-support mindset.
- Lead the IT function across multiple geographies, ensuring reliable and responsive technical support for all employees.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies for hardware, software, and services.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee corporate infrastructure, including cloud-based systems, SaaS platforms, network security, and device management.
- Drive the administration and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g., Okta, O365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, HRIS, Finance/ERP tools).
- Establish best practices for device lifecycle management, system provisioning, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
IT Operations & Support
- Ensure timely resolution of service desk requests and maintain a high standard of employee support.
- Monitor the performance and uptime of business-critical tools and systems.
- Lead the development of internal documentation, SOPs, and user education resources.
Compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessments and support internal and external audits (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for all IT systems.
People Management & Vendor Oversight
- Lead and grow a team of IT professionals and/or managed service providers (MSPs).
- Manage vendor and MSP performance, contracts, and strategic relationships to ensure high service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environment.
- Experience leading IT in a high-growth, multi-location or global company.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS systems, security frameworks, and enterprise IT operations.
- Strong vendor and contract management experience, with a practical understanding of IT budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting distributed, remote-first teams with a strong service orientation.

Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years' of experience in a technology organization, with successful experience in a leadership role supporting a medium to large company or transferrable experience
- Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, with successful development and advancement of team members
- Experience working with business and technology leaders to identify and implement support models that benefit the organization
- Experience managing technology projects to completion within time and budget while delivering stakeholder satisfaction
