  • Own the quote process, developing strategies for customer quotations, negotiating pricing, and communicating any changes promptly to customers.

  • This role participates in a sales compensation plan, with a variable component tied to specific sales-targeted goals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics distribution, with a strong preference for expertise in passive electronic components sales.

  • Proficiency in technology platforms with advanced Excel skills being a plus.

  • A proven ability to build influential relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • A strong customer service orientation complemented by proven sales abilities.

  • Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office (Monday, Friday & one additional day) and two days working from home. Remote work is available for residents of MD or NJ.
