**Your Experience**
+ Bachelors degree with 5+ years of related experience (preferably in a high-tech company).
+ Proficiency in SAP ERP is essential.
+ Experience with Blackline, GetPaid, and Salesforce is a plus.
+ Experience with an understanding of pre- and post-acquisition accounting is preferred
+ Ability to perform at elevated levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

Description
The Accountant is primarily responsible for the fundamental aspects of financial recordkeeping including recording financial transactions, managing accounts and account reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and Generally Accounting Principles.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned financial transactions which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll.
- Conduct regular account reconciliation for assigned area to assure accuracy of records
- Research and resolve straightforward accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner. Elevate more complex issues for resolution
- Follow appropriate policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all state and federal laws as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner. Provide individual instruction as needed to ensure users understand processes related to their financial transactions
- Cross-trains in other areas to broaden knowledge of company accounting and financial processes and systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate to expert level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.

Insight Global is seeking an Accountant to join a fintech focused trading firm based in Plano, TX to join on a fulltime basis.
This role can sit remotely, or in a hybrid capacity, but seeking someone who is open for quarterly travel for team building purposes.
Our client is a dynamic tech company with a structure that includes one parent entity and eight rapidly growing operating companies. As they scale, we're navigating increasingly complex financial operations and need a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant to help us build and refine our processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Manage accounting for one parent entity and eight operating companies, including micro-divisions.
-Oversee payables and ensure accurate allocation of expenses (e.g., D&O insurance across entities).
-Collaborate with the bookkeeper to input and reconcile invoices in the general ledger.
-Lead investment accounting efforts and handle complex billing scenarios.
-Support banking transitions, including setting up wire templates and managing multiple bank relationships.
-Work with vendors on credit card payments and ensure compliance with internal processes.
-Assist in the transition from cash to accrual accounting for tax purposes.
-Contribute to project work related to financial systems, process improvements, and vendor management.
-Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows.

-2+ years of public accounting experience is required
-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related is required
-Holds a current valid CPA license
-Experience with accrual accounting and general ledger systems -Holding a Masters degree in Accounting or related is a plus
-Tech industry experience or familiarity with Private Equity-style complexity is a plus.
