Requirements

Position Summary

Accounts Payable specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Essential Job Functions
  • Review and verify all purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices needed to process payments daily
  • Enter invoice information in Navision/Infor (Certco's ERP systems)
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies to accounts
  • Resolve vendor billing issues
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Manage vendor correspondence via email or phone
  • Monitor all payment agreements for terms
  • Assistance with pulling payment support for audits/reviews when necessary
  • Strong computer skills with a desire to transition to a paperless environment
  • Other projects as needed
  • Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing weekly tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Promote adaptability, have a willingness to accept and promote change with an attention to detail
