Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Join a fast-growing global organization with operations in over 100 countries. This role is part of a centralized Shared Services team undergoing major transformation, including ERP consolidation and international expansion.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 AP professionals.
• Maintain a clean AP queue and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Collaborate with GL and Purchasing teams on accruals, coding issues, and PO tracking.
• Support ERP integration and process standardization.
• Monitor invoice flow using NetSuite and OCR tools.
• Approve timesheets (UKG) and manage expense reports (Concur).

• 5+ years of AP experience, 2+ in leadership.
• Strong operational finance knowledge and experience with accruals.
• Proficiency in NetSuite , Concur , Excel , and UKG .
• Experience in a global or shared services environment is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, including leadership roles
• Experience managing AP in a shared services or multi-entity environment

• Familiarity with platforms like SAP Concur, Ramp, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and operations
• Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading change and navigating a fast-moving, tech-driven workplace

• Review and verify all purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices needed to process payments daily
• Enter invoice information in Navision/Infor (Certco's ERP systems)
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies to accounts
• Resolve vendor billing issues
• Maintain vendor files
• Manage vendor correspondence via email or phone
• Monitor all payment agreements for terms
• Assistance with pulling payment support for audits/reviews when necessary
• Strong computer skills with a desire to transition to a paperless environment
• Other projects as needed
• Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing weekly tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments
• Promote adaptability, have a willingness to accept and promote change with an attention to detail
• Strong capability to build relationships with vendors, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

• High school graduate or equivalent acceptable
• 2-year accounting degree preferred
