A well-established construction materials supplier with 25+ years of industry experience is seeking itsfirst full-time office hireto support and streamline daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner and play a pivotal role in building out the company's internal systems and processes.
?What You'll Do
+ Handleclerical and administrative tasksincluding order tracking, placing orders, and managing payments
+ Prepare and processpurchase orders, invoices, and commercial export documentation
+ SupportHR processes(e.g., Paychex)
+ Maintain and organize digital files usingMicrosoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
+ Assist in developing and following internal procedures
+ Wear multiple hats in a dynamic, hands-on environment
?Must-Have Skills
+ Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel,Office, andAdobe
+ Experience withpurchase orders,invoicing, andbasic HR processes
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and follow step-by-step training

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $0.00 - 33.00/hr.
