This job requisition is for a Software Engineer / Systems Administrator position on the Bobcat program. The selected candidate will have experience developing and troubleshooting applications utilizing C#, PowerShell, and Linux shell scripts in an agile development environment. You will use your technical expertise and problem solving skills to support and troubleshoot custom operation applications (i.e., ASP .NET MVC web applications, thick clients leveraging WPF, web services, etc..) that are reliable, maintainable and extensible using Visual Studio .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server on a Windows Platform. Additionally, the selected candidate will be performing system security administration functions; managing customer accounts via Active Directory; updating group policy; writing PowerShell scripts; updating/creating SQL scripts; troubleshooting and diagnosing and correction of hardware and networking problems; plans, tests, installs, and integrate new and upgraded versions of the relevant operating systems, third party software components, and subsystems; monitors and manages system resources to optimize operating efficiency and performance; custom software installation and maintenance.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Experience/proficiency in one or more of the following: Object Oriented (OO) using C#, Java or C++
-PowerShell, Linux Shell Script, SQL, PL/SQL
-Web development (PHP, JavaScript,.NET Framework, ASP .NET)
-Agile development
-Background in Systems Administration on Windows based platforms
-Windows Server Operating Systems experience
-Red Hat Linux Administration experience
-This position requires one of the following security certifications given privileged user access associated with the position.
- Security+
- CASP/Security X
- CISSP
Must have a TS/SCI with Special Poly
**Desired Skills:**
Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Working with in a fast paced operational environment.
Prior experience with support 24/7 Operational customer.
Troubleshooting experience with Firewall appliances and network switches.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills (written and oral)
Ability to work with a team, self-starter.
**Clearance Level:** TS/SCI w/Poly SP

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

As a Plan Administration Senior, you will:
+ Administer a variety of retirement plans, including 401(k), profit sharing, safe harbor, and new comparability, ensuring compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
+ Prepare and review the filing of form 5500 and related schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
+ Utilize your project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Collaborate with Tax Staff and Managers in a dynamic environment.
+ Provide excellent client service.
Qualifications for this role include:
+ A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
+ Experience (typically 3-5 years) in pension plan administration, including experience preparing and reviewing form 5500
+ A solid understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations related to pension plans
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
+ ASPPA credentials preferred
