**What You Will Do:**
P&W Cold Section Module Center (CSMC) has an opportunity for an **Executive Administrative Assistant** to fill a key Executive Administrative Assistant role supporting the General Manager of Cold Section Module Center.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will partner and collaborate with other Executive Administrative Assistants and business leaders to understand and execute business priorities in a proactive manner. The Executive Administrative Assistant will support all daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities, including preparation of presentations and reports, arranging meetings and events, tracking expenses and arranging travel, management of calendar, interfacing with external partners, and performing special projects as required.
+ Understand the workflow of the organization and add value by prioritizing meeting requests and respond to virtual communications to include email, phone and video on behalf of the CSMC leaders.
