Key responsibilities include:
Extensive calendar management.
Submitting general building requests, often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks.
Management of conference room calendars.
Provide support for daily onsite needs.
Onboard new employees, ensuring they receive necessary supplies, equipment, and security compliance.
Process expense reports, POs and record and track equipment for inventory audits.
Assist in event planning for the entire organization and will be in charge of smaller individualized team building activities.
Ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, and updating floor plans.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 3-5+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior level management
+ Extensive calendaring experience
+ Experience managing short term projects and team events
+ Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent written and communication skills
