**Position Summary** **:**
As an Operations Coordinator you will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Research and compile word processing assignments.
Essential Functions:
+ Handles incoming calls and email requests coming into the scheduling lines, transcribing the detailed information required for scheduling services
+ Coordinates all reception activities including welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel Acts as gatekeeper to ensure that only authorized persons are allowed to enter NuVasive offices
+ Provides project or program support, including but not limited to: budget planning, budget tracking, PO creation and vendor management
+ Research updates and company changes for dissemination to the team they support
+ Creates documents, spreadsheets and presentations in a timely and accurate fashion
+ Handles all event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements as necessary
+ Maintains lobby and mail room organization while also managing office equipment, printing materials, desktops, and any other Office assets allocated to team
+ Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
+ Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
+ Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
+ Performs other duties as assigned

- Oversee UPC and product entry for all retail and dining systems, ensuring data integrity, pricing accuracy, and timely updates for new and seasonal menu items.

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
+ Maintain confidential personnel files.
+ Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
+ Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
+ Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable.
+ Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
+ Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
+ Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
+ Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
+ Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement.
+ Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
