- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes for executive meetings.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus.

**Experience**

+ Experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment required
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
+ Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, printers, and fax machines at a level consistent with experience
+ MS Office Suite experience preferred
+ Basic mathematics skills required
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
+ High level of compassion and integrity
