The incumbent will perform a wide variety of technical and analytical services by assisting staff with Cal-Card purchases, setup and process RQS, set up and process P.O.
Incumbent will perform administrative tasks ranging from requesting contract services to authorizing final payment for satisfactorily completed services to maintaining contract documentation. Incumbent will assist with the project close out, Final Vouchering process and coordination with functional units and external partners during this process Assist Senior Transportation Engineer and Landscape Architect with projects and request.
Make recommendations to the Contract Manager for determination of the appropriate method for resolution regarding any miscalculations or inaccuracies. Incumbent shall also maintain project database and project files which include filing, storing and archiving. Prepare hiring document justification and hiring consideration forms included in PARF packages; which may include developing duty statements and justifications in consult with hiring manager and update organizational charts. Incumbent is responsible for tracking hiring documents and ensuring consistent flow and efficiency throughout the system. Incumbent will assist and support office staff members with administrative tasks.
EOC support. Act as a communication liaison for the office, Budget Analyst, Contract Analyst, Contract Manager. Assist with Website updates, ArcGIS database updates, as deemed mandatory or necessary.

Under the direction of the Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent shall perform analytical administrative duties and provide contract and other support to the Office of Maintenance Services. The incumbent is responsible for the monitoring and review of administrative contract parameters, monitoring and coordinating the timely submission and processing of invoices in AMS, coordinating with labor compliance team members, preparing spreadsheets, outlines, and executive reports. Additionally, the incumbent will have knowledge of purchasing, contracts, coding, encumbrances, expenditures, EFIS and accounting procedures, position tracking and hiring. The incumbent acts independently performing critical program workload and must have regular and punctual attendance in order to maintain the workload requirements. The duties of this position require the incumbent to demonstrate experience with IMMS, AMS, and DataLink database systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office products such as Access, Excel, and Word. THE POSITION
