**Job Description**
This position assists in essential job duties and functions with the overall objective of working in a team environment consistently providing top-quality, technical and administrative support to projects from start-up to close-out, while maintain solid customer relationships.
- Assist with major project activities, including support of task force objectives and/or project milestones
- Participate in task force meetings
- Report directly to a task force project manager or project director
- Execute administrative tasks
- Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format
- Assist in writing, editing, and updating the (Project) Procedure Manual and Job Bulletins

**Basic Job Requirements**
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

Human Resource Representative - Administrative/Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and

Provide comprehensive support in the implementation and maintenance of human resources programs within a centralized human resource function or in support of an operations organization which includes the following duties:

  • Organize centralized administrative support services for the SRR Human Resources Division and provide strategic HR management tools to the SRR senior staff.
  • Provide counsel, policy interpretation and administrative services for the consistent maintenance, operation and improvement of all HR sitewide programs and practices.
  • Resolve job-related employee problems and concerns.
  • Counsel employees experiencing personal problems which may affect the safe performance of their jobs as well as their physical and mental health.
  • Provide HR operations support to individual SRR operations organizations in such areas as staffing, merit planning, employee communication, constructive discipline, and professional development.
  • Coordinate activities in support of the compensation management programs for exempt and nonexempt SRR employees.

Qualifications

The Human Resource Representative - Administrative/Business shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Human Resource Representatives working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy) Bachelors Degree (Business or Human Resources) and 3-6 years experience in Human Resources or closely related experience or 10-12 years directly related experience. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
