Job Summary:
The Sentara Administrative Fellowship is a two-year, national fellowship program that enables Administrative Fellows to contribute to strategic and key operational initiatives across the enterprise. Fellows receive deep exposure and access to areas of the organization, benefiting from diverse perspectives as they serve multiple rotations. Sentara's Fellows expand their skills by contributing to innovative projects, working on teams, conducting research, and implementing initiatives. Fellows actively participate in Sentara's leadership processes, including Board meeting attendance and meaningful engagement in small group discussions with all levels of healthcare administration.
Required Education:
Candidates must have completed or be on target to complete the didactic portion of a master's degree (preferably with a concentration and/or experience in healthcare management) from an accredited graduate program.

+ Generate copy and distribute promotional reports.
+ Order supplies for the Sales Department.
+ Schedule room arrangements, set-up and/or attend District Sales Manager (DSM) meetings, sales meetings, food shows, etc. as required.
+ Collect, prepare and distribute Point-of-Sales (POS) material and flyers
+ Run pre-formatted Business Objects tracking, commission, etc reports.
+ Create and maintain promotional tracking spreadsheets
+ Support other areas of the company as business needs dictate, i.e. reception desk, supply orders, administrative functions, etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ High School education required.
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent educational level preferred.
**Experience**
+ 1-2 years' related administrative experience providing support to an executive-level supervisor.
+ 2 years' related administrative experience providing support to an executive-level supervisor preferred.
**Professional Skills**
+ Working knowledge of Sysco Sales processes, organization and product categories preferred.
+ Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
+ Able to type a minimum of 50-wpm accurately.
+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
+ Capable of communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management.
+ Remain poised, professional and diplomatic under pressure.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an entry level Administrative Quotations Coordinator in our Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, and/or Newport News, VA locations. In this role you will support our National Quotations administrative functions.
This role is approved to be a hybrid role based out of Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Newport News, VA locations, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote. Please see below requirements for more information on hybrid work possibilities.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Work within team setting while managing high volume of quote requests
+ Qualify projects and support quotations team through input of job information into quotations software site, BidTracer
+ File inbound emails and attachments into appropriate project folders
+ Work closely with management team to ensure proper job scheduling
+ Collaborate with team members and management to identify and resolve department critical issues
+ Utilize and maintain established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to complete admin processes
+ Answer incoming phone calls as needed
**Requirements:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook
+ Proficient in Adobe Pro is a plus
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
+ Strong computer and typing skills
+ Self-motivated/goal oriented
+ Ability to collaborate & support quotations associates and managers in a team-oriented environment
+ Ability to be flexible and adaptable as this position often requires multi-tasking
+ Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
+ Must display an elevated level of integrity and professionalism
**Requirements for Hybrid Workers:**
+ Candidates based in the general Raleigh, Nashville, or Newport News markets, we offer a hybrid schedule with time in the office for in person meetings, training, and/or collaboration. Hybrid candidates are expected in the office 3 days per week.
